When Lt Kevin Thomas Riley walks in with Lady Karissa on his left arm . Everyone stands up and they bow and curtsy as they pass and everyone knows who she is.
All the Women Star-Fleet Officers are wearing their formal dresses, all of the male officers are dressed in the Star-Fleet Dress uniforms.
The Formal dining room is all decorated and everyone is having a good time as there is music, and dancing.

When Lt Kevin Thomas Riley walks in with Lady Karissa on his arm. They steal the show and it is Captain James T Kirk that comes up first and he bows to Lady Karissa " Good Evening Lady Howard. What no Lord Howard?" Jim Kirk asks.
"Heavens no. I left him at Beltane Manor. " Lady Karissa tells him " He was busy at his desk."
"He doesn't take to social events, he's a bit of a wallflower." Lady Karissa says with a laugh.
"You would think aristocrats were brought up with it with all the pomp and circumstance." Lady Karissa tells him.
"We are planning a Mabon celebration on September 21, and if The USS Enterprise is in the vicinity, please do join us." Lady Karissa asks Captain Kirk " Bring Dr. McCoy, and Mr. Scott with you."
"Mabon is The Pagan Thanksgiving Day. We celebrate with turkey, ham, sweet potatoes, green beans, and all kinds of pies, " Lady Karissa tells him.
" I will make sure that The Enterprise is in the vicinity at that time. We are due for another shore-leave." Jim Kirk explains.
"Lord Andrew Charles and I will be happy to give all three of you a suite at Beltane Manor." Lady Karissa tells him.
