Chapter nineteen ; Beyond Words

Felix POV

    After unpacking my belongings, I went to go take a quick cold shower because my body felt icky while Hyunjin went to make us long overdue dinner. I left an outfit for me to wear on the bed, an oversized hoodie that belonged to Hyunjin as well as a pair of briefs and shorts.

    When I was done with that, I got into the shower. After showering for almost ten minutes, I got out and wrapped a towel around my waist. While I was waiting for my body to fully dry, I was putting on skincare.

Minutes later, I take off the towel and start putting on the clothing I laid out. After putting my clothes on, I went to the kitchen, shameless when I passed by a few  housekeepers. Seeing Hyunjin leaning back on the counter with his arms crossed, I saw as his face lit up when he saw me.

    "Come here, baby, " He spoke with a soft tone. I walk up to him, his arms wrapped around me while he snuggled his face in my neck.

    "Mm, you smell nice. Let's stay like this forever, yeah?" He whispered.

    "There's food cooking, " I retorted. He pouted.

    "Please, " I changed my response at that. I holding him tight in my arms, but not to the point where it would be hard for him to breathe.

    "Of course, my love. I'll always be here to hold you and make you feel safe, " He stated, which made me smile.

    "Thank you, " I spoke.

    "Your welcome, baby, " Though, it wasn't long before we were interrupted by the timer going off. The food must be done cooking. Both of us became annoyed, but it was food and I was hungry so I wasn't mad for long.

    Hyunjin brought out the plates and utensils, putting an equal amount of the food on the plates. He handed me mine, then we both walked to the dining table and sat down across from each other.

    When that was done, we both started eating. An occasional hum from how much we were enjoying, expressing how good it was. Once we were both done eating, we set the empty plates and dirty utensils inside the dishwasher.

    "You're so good at cooking, " I complimented him.

    "You as well, " Hyunjin said.

    "Really?" I spoke.

    "Shut up and take the compliment, " He retorted, making me chuckle while nodding. Soon, we went to the living room to watch some movies or play games together on our phones before heading to bed. About two hours later we went back to our room, going to sleep.

    The next morning, Hyunjin woke me up by gently kissing my lips. As I was waking up, he was sitting up next to me, gently pushing my bangs aside. I smiled, sitting up and hugging him. He had his arm around me, pulling me into his side and kissed my temple.

    "Good morning, " I say groggily.

    "Morning, " He spoke. Hyunjin was looking down at me with a soft gaze and a small smile, the one he has only for me. He kissed me again and pulled away.
