"Chloe, are you almost done setting up your room, since our guests will be here soon." Henry asked his daughter as they finished getting settled into their new house in Blue Valley. Normally moving in would take a lot longer than a few days, but Henry and Chloe had used their speed to get them all moved in, though that was mainly because Chloe had won the race between herself and her father from Central City to Blue Valley, so they used their speed to get the house set up, though Chloe was not satisfied and she kept using her speed to rearrange her room in different ways.

"Almost." Chloe said as she finally finished setting up her room, ending by placing a photo of herself, her parents and her brother from before Barry was put in coma down on her bedside table next to a photo of her and Barry at the beach from when they were kids, in fact, it was taken while they were on a family vacation right before Barry's speed had emerged. Despite Chloe's love of music, the only instrument she had in her room was her prized acoustic guitar, which she'd gotten signed by one of her favorite musicians, Taylor Swift, back when she and her mom went to a concert in Tennessee for her 14th birthday. It was one of her most prized possessions. The rest of her music stuff was in the basement, which her father had soundproofed and turned into a music room with a built-in recording booth. The perks of super speed.

The only other musical item in her room was Chloe's song book. Chloe also had her own chemistry set, since even though she had no interest in science like the rest of her family, she couldn't live in a family of scientists without being great at it. Even without her speedster brain, she was a straight A student and one of the smartest people in this town, though she preferred to put her genius to use working on her music, not science, which her parents were fine with.

Anyways, after Chloe finished setting up her room, she headed downstairs to find her father opening the door to let Pat Dugan and his family in, along with the two other girls that she knew were staying with Pat's family since they were also members of the new JSA and Chloe was planning on joining them as well.

"Pat, everyone, meet my daughter Chloe. Chloe, this is my old friend Pat Dugan, his wife Barbara, his son Mike and his stepdaughter Courtney, along with her friends and your future teammates, Yolanda Montez and Jennifer Pierce." Henry said, making the introductions.

"Nice to meet you all." Chloe said with a smile, though she couldn't deny that her eyes did focus on Jennifer longer than everyone else. She didn't know why, but there was something electric about her.

"Can we see what you can do?" Mike asked before anyone could stop him.

"Mike." Pat said, since Mike was being rude.

"It's fine Mr. Dugan. I'll give you a hint about what I can do. My dad's a speedster and my older brother is a speedster, so what do you think that makes me?" Chloe asked with a smirk, since she honestly loved that she finally had people she could show her powers off too now, since she couldn't show off her speed to anyone at school back in Central City and her brother could laps around her whenever he wanted, so she couldn't exactly show off to him, but now she finally could.

"How fast are you?" Courtney asked with a smirk, since she wanted to know what they were dealing with.

"Well, I may not be the fastest person alive, but I am the fastest woman alive. At least the fastest woman who's not an alien." Chloe said, since she was sure that Supergirl was faster than her.

"Can we see it though." Jen asked, wanting to see what the new girl could do.

"Be right back." Chloe said and then she was gone in a blur of silver lightning and then about five seconds later, she returned having given everyone ice cream.

"I think we just found our best team member." Courtney said as she licked her cone and Yolanda and Jen both nodded in agreement and Chloe smirked.

"Glad you approve." Chloe said.

"Her lightning isn't like yours." Pat said to Henry.

"Or her brother's. We don't know why Chloe's lightning is silver, but it doesn't seem to signify there's anything wrong with her powers. Some speedster lightning is different from others." Henry said, right as Chloe started to feel a little dizzy.

"Uh dad, do we have any of those speedster protein bars?" Chloe asked and Henry quickly realized what was going on.

"Jen, they're in the cupboard right behind you, could you please grab one?" Henry asked and while Jen was confused, she nodded as she grabbed one of the bars and handed them to Chloe.

"Thanks." Chloe said as she ate the bar.

"Chloe, remember you need to be careful. Running at superspeed burns a lot of calories. You have to watch and make sure you don't burn yourself out." Henry said.

"I know dad, I just moved a bit faster than I planned." Chloe said.

"I remember how much you needed to eat back in the day." Pat said.

"And I still do. Good thing Tina made plenty of money so she'd be able to afford enough food to feed three speedsters." Henry said.

"How much do you need to eat in a day?" Jen asked.

"About 10,000 calories a day." Chloe said.

"And you still look that thin? Want to trade powers?" Jen asked enviously.

"No thanks." Chloe said with a chuckle.

"We're still waiting for the Tylers to join us, so in the meantime, Chloe, why don't you show the girls and Mike around while Pat and I catch up." Henry said and Chloe nodded.

"Follow me." Chloe said as she moved to get up, accidentally bumping into Jen, neither of them noticing the small amount of gold and silver electricity sparking together as they made contact with each other as Chloe began the tour.

This is just as much a reminder for me as it is for you, but the actress who plays Chloe Allen is Meg Donelly.
