After school, Lloyd and Harumi are sitting in Harumi's backyard and snuggle up to each other.
They enjoyed the summer to the fullest. "Actually, we should do our homework." Said Harumi.
Lloyd sighed.
"Yes. I know, but it's so nice right now."
He pressed his nose to her temple and exhaled. The air from his nose caused a few strands of hair to break out in her face, which made them both laugh a bit. After a few minutes of cuddling, they stood up. The work awaits.
They sat down on the bed in Harumi's room and started their biology homework. After 30 minutes of learning stuff, he didn't really want to know, Lloyd didn't feel like it anymore.
He crawled over to Harumi, who was sitting across from him, reading the text with total concentration.
He ran his hand up and down her back. She didn't respond.
"Good. Then I need to be more obvious." He slipped his hand under her shirt and started kissing her neck. She lifted her head. A soft moan slipped out of her, which Lloyd noticed with a mischievous grin.
Still, she pushed him away easily.
"Lloydie. Please. We still have something to do. Did you forget the biology homework?"
"That's also biology. Only in practice."
He winked at her.He started kissing her neck again. She tried to concentrate but couldn't. After further unsuccessful attempts to escape, she allowed it.
He laid her on the bed and ran his hands up her hips as they kissed. He took off her shirt and kissed her collarbone.
She pulled his shirt over his head and began to unbutton his pants. He purred contentedly.
Slowly, the kisses became more intense and faster. More and more little moans came out of her mouth. You could hear the front door slam shut. The two lovebirds looked at each other in shock.
"Wardrobe." Harumi said quickly to Lloyd. He nodded and ran into the closet in his underpants.
"Shit. They might have heard us...me..." Harumi thought.Steps came up the stairs. Harumi quickly put the covers down better and pretended to do push-ups.
"Are you alright, honey? You were... uhmm.. making noises?" Her mother came into the room.
"I'm fine. I'm just training. It's really hard in the long run. That's probably what you heard." She smiled sheepishly.
"In underwear?" Her mother raised an eyebrow."It's summer, and I'm very warm when I'm training. Even with short sports gear. Besides, I'm in here."
"Well then." Her mother left the room relieved.
Lloyd came out of the closet."They always bother us at inappropriate times. We'll continue this at my house. Or somewhere completely different."
He sounded a little annoyed.
"We can probably forget to go any further if your parents come here at every little noise." He looked disappointed.Harumi sat down on the bed next to him and kissed his cheek.
"We're going to keep going. And it's not like we've never gotten around to it." she grinned.
"Promise. Just not today. Changing the subject... Jack is so alone. My parents allowed me to get a second one."
"Oh yeah?" Lloyd lifted his head. She nodded. He jumped up and went to Jack's cage. "Then we'll get you a girlfriend. Then maybe you won't be jealous of me anymore."
2 hours later
"OW! You...bird!"
"Yes, Lloyd. He is a bird." She laughed. "Now we got him a girlfriend, and he still hates me! Ungrateful bird."
She giggled. Then she started thinking. "What?" Lloyd saw her.
"We need a name."
"Umm... Jackie?"
"Very creative, mister." She looked at the blonde next to her."It fits. Jack and Jackie." He shrugged his shoulders.
"Okay, you're right. That sounds cute... Okay! Jack and Jackie! Maybe one day they'll be lovebirds like us." She nudged him with her elbow.
He laughed. "Well, hopefully."Harumi went to the closet and got some bird seed. Both parrots started making noises. "Do you think they will be able to talk soon?" Lloyd asked Harumi.
"You little silly. It will take a while. Besides, it was taught them in the pet shop. But I don't think so.""Silly! AH! Silly!" Jack spoke up.
"HEY! WHAT THE-" Lloyd threw a tantrum while Harumi burst out laughing.
"EY YOU BIRD. Watch out! Otherwise, you'll end up in a pot!!!"He stared straight into the bird's gray eyes. But the bird was not interested in the threat.
Instead, he replied with a simple "siilllyyy."Lloyd let Harumi feed the birds and sat back on the bed. They spent the next few hours finishing their homework. Not the ones Lloyd wanted to do, but the ones Miss Summerfield gave them to do.
They solved the tasks, read countless texts, and wrote notes.
After they finished their homework, they started talking."Remember when we were 7? Carnival? We went together as a ninja."
Lloyd started the conversation.
Harumi cracked a smile.
"Yes. Of course. Wait... I might even have a picture of it!"
"What?" Lloyd laughed. She found it after a few minutes. In the picture were a 7 year old Lloyd in a ninja costume and a 7 year old Harumi also dressed as a ninja.
She put the photo on the covers and snuggled up to her boyfriend.
His right arm wrapped around her, and his nose buried itself in her snow-white hair.
So they sat there for a long time.Jack and his new feathered partner got along well. Except Jack doesn't get along with Lloyd.
Words like 'silly' or 'fool' were constantly heard coming from the cage.
Harumi kept laughing while Lloyd was about to shut that bird up.
But instead of doing so, he tried to ignore the parrot. He doesn't want to be provoked by a bird. The day passed, and Lloyd said goodbye to Harumi before heading home.
When he got home, he briefly greeted his mother. His mother prepared dinner.
He found his father outside. He worked on his car in the garage.
"Hey, dad!" He grabbed gloves and helped him.
After an hour, they were done.Garmadon threw the car keys at his son. "Have fun with that, boy." Lloyd looked at him with wide eyes.
"I should -?"
"Do you think I'll drive it? I have a car. Forgot?" He grinned with the same smile that Lloyd now wore on his lips."Damn. Thanks, Dad!" He hugged him briefly.
"Dinner's ready, boys!" His mother called. The two made their way to the kitchen.
