Nancy sighs, "Ok, I wanna run through it one more time Phase one.."

"We meet Erica at the playground," Robin says. "She'll signal Max and Lucas when we're ready."

"Phase two."

Steve says, "Max baits Vecna. He'll go after her, which'll put him in this trance."

"Phase three?"

"Me and Eddie draw the bats away," Dustin sits up.

Eddie pats him on the back.

"Four."

Kimberly says, "We head into Vecna's hopefully newly bat-free lair, and..." She holds up her flamethrower.

Robin jostles her molotov cocktail, "Flambe."

"Nobody move onto the next phase until we've all copied. Nobody deviates from the plan, no matter what. Got it?"

"Got it." They all get up and grab their various weapons.

Kimberly grabs Dustin and pulls him into a hug, "Please be careful."

"I will, you too."

She nods and he walks past. Kimberly grabs Eddie and pulls him into a hug. He returns it.

"Please, please be careful."

He nods, and presses a kiss to her forehead, "We will. I'm graduating this year, remember?"

She smiles and nods. She grabs her bag and sets it down on the seat. She blows it a kiss, "Watch over us, Pops. I love you." She follows after the others.

They all make their way into Eddie's trailer.

Steve cuts on the lights and takes off his ax.

"Be careful," Dustin says.

"Thanks, buddy." He steps up and jumps onto the rope, "Here goes nothing." Steve climbs in first. He drops to the ground and lands on his feet.

Robin rolls her eyes, "What does he want us to do, applaud?"

Kimberly chuckles. She grabs onto the ladder and climbs up, and drops down much quieter than Steve. She looks up and smiles at Nancy and Robin who are laughing.

She smirks at Steve who just rolls his eyes.

Steve grabs a mattress and brings it below the rope ladder, "Alright, let's go."

Nancy takes off her bag, and Robin gets down giving Nancy a boost. She grabs on and drops down.

Steve holds his hand out, "Gotcha."

"Ok, weapons!" Kimberly calls out.

They toss through everything else and the three of them clear the mattress.

Eddie drops down and Steve helps him up. Robin yelps as she drops, and Steve and Eddie both grab her hands pulling her up.

Dustin drops in last, and Kimberly grabs his hand pulling him up.

"You ok?"

He just nods.

They all put their various weapons back on. Nancy leads the way.

Steve turns back to Dustin and Eddie, "Hey, guys listen. If things here start to go south, I mean, at all, you abort. Ok?"

Kimberly crosses her arms, "We mean it. Alive is what matters. We can always find another gate."
