Siebenunddreißig.

Nagitla siya ng bigla siyang hampasin ni Bri sa braso. 

"What?" She asked. 

"Ano yan ha?" Bri pointed.

"Anong ano yan?" She asked, brows knitted. 

"Ano yang nasa may leeg mo?" Bri grins. 

Her eyes widened. She immediately covered her neck. 

"Aha! Abi yung pinsan mo, maalam na lumandi!" 

Abi went out of the kitchen, she was eating ensaymada. 

"Bakit?" Abi asked. 

"May kiss mark sa leeg—"

She immediately covered Bri's mouth. 

Abi's mouth hanged open. "Taray! Maalam ka na lumandi!" 

Binawian niya ng hampas si Bri na ikinatawa lang nito. 

"Sabi ko wag dun sa may kita e." She murmured. 

Nagkatinginan si Abi at Bri saka tumili. Buti na lang at sila lang tatlo ang nasa shop. 

"Bruha ka! Mahalay ka na!" Saad ni Bri. 

"I'm so proud of you! Welcome to the club!" Abi said. 

Napailing na lang siya. 

She called her cousins for taste test. She invited both of their husbands, they wanted to but they still have to drop by at their company.  

Ramses called after a few hours when it was almost lunch time. He texted her that he'll be a bit busy since he have scheduled meetings. 

"Pupunta si Ramses dito." Informing both of them. 

Both of them smiled, in which she rolled her eyes at them.  

Ramses arrived after 30 minutes. 

"Hey, sorry. I'm late." He immediately apologized and kisses her forehead. 

"It's fine, but what happened?" 

"They extended the meeting a bit." 

"Oh, I see. Are you hungry? I made carbonara." 

"I am." He said then followed her to the kitchen. 

Ramses is the one holding the pot, while she have the plates. 

"Hoy, mga malalanding nilalang!" Bri said. 

Ramses was startled.

"Hello, Bri." Ramses greets her cousin. 

"Hi, Ramses. Sa susunod mas lakihan mo lalo." Bri grins. 

His brows knotted. 

"Rae has a kiss mark on her neck." Abi said calmly. 

"What—I'm sorry, babe." He looks at her apologetically. 

"Ano ka ba? Bakit ka nagso-sorry? That's normal!" Sagot ni Bri. "Pero feeling ko hindi lang dyan may kiss mark." Bri wiggled her eyebrows. 

"Brielle!" Rae said. 

"Well, yeah—aw!" 

Hinampas niya si Ramses. Tama naman si Brielle, hindi lang dun ang kiss mark. Meron pa nga sa ibang part ng katawan niya. 

"Don't add the fuel to the fire, babe." Saad niya rito. 

"Okay, but its true—" 

Hinampas niya uli ito. 

"Isa." 

"Sorry, babe." He chuckles. "Let's eat." 

"Abigael, kanina mo pa tinitira yang ensaymada ng shop. Di ka ba nabubusog? Buntis ka ba?" Bri asked.
