"Why didn't you tell her? You idiot!" Saad ni Clover saka pinitik ang noo ni Ramses.

"The fuck, Clove? That hurts!"

"Because you're an idiot!"

"Tell me what?"

Ramses then exhales. "Clove, tell her."

Tell me what?!

Nagpalipat lipat ang tingin niya sa dalawa.

Her eyebrows rose. "Uh, well?"

Both of them exhaled.

"Clove is bisexual. / I'm a lesbian." Parehas na sagot ng dalawa.

"Wait, who is what? Huh?"

Pinitik uli ni Clover ang noo ni Ramses. "That shit hurts, Clover Martine!"

Clover rolled her eyes again. "I'm a lesbian, not bisexual. You idiot!" Saad nito.

"What? How? I mean, I'm sorry if I offended you."

Ramses butt in. "Clove, you're bisexual. Not lesbian. Or maybe you're just confused."

"How'd you say so, Ram?" Tinaasan ni Clove ng kilay si Ramses.

"As far as I know, Gold pollinated you—"

Agad na tinakpan ni Clover ang bibig ni Ramses. "Hehe." Saad nito sa kanya.

"Gold? You mean Gold Samaniego?" She asked.

Pinaningkitan ng mata ni Clover si Ramses saka bumalik ang tingin sa kanya. "Yes, unfortunately."

Napanganga siya. She does knows Gold Samaniego, since same university lang naman ang pinasukan nila. And Clover graduated from one of their rival school.

"It's a long story, I'll tell you, but not today." Saad sa kanya ni Clove.

"Oh, that's fine." Saad niya.

"So.." Saad nito, saka nagpacute sa kanya. "Can I like you?"

Napatawa na lang siya.

"Babe." Ramses called her, like whining. "She's harmless naman—"

"Uh, sure." Agad niyang sagot. 

"Oh my gosh! Thank you, Rae!" Saad sa kanya ni Clove saka hinawakan ang parehas niyang kamay.

Ramses snakes both of his arms on her waist then put his forehead on her shoulders.

Ramses is sulking.

Halos magkanda haba ang nguso nito habang nagda-drive para ihatid siya. Hinintay na talaga nitong matapos siya trabaho, at hinintay nitong makaalis si Clover sa shop.

Nang makarating sila sa bahay nila, hindi pa rin ito umimik.

Ramses is still sulking.

Napailing na lang siya.

Did she tease him too much?

Pinagbuksan siya ng pintuan ng kotse ni Ramses, pero hindi pa rin ito naimik.

She crosses her arms and decides to lean on his car instead of going to her house.

Kumunot ang noo ni Ramses.

"Uh, babe. We're here?"

"Yeah, I know."

"Aren't you going in?"

"Oh, you want me to? Okay." Saad niya. Hindi pa siya nakakalayo nang hawakan nito ang braso niya at hilahin siya pabalik papalapit dito.

Ngumuso ito sa kanya saka tinuon ang noo sa balikat niya.
