Zuri, Shantae, and Shahra appeared in a gust of smoke on the magic carpet. The couple was shocked to see what the new terrain looked like.
Zuri/Shantae: Wow. Just what is this place?
Shahra: It's our gateway to reach the realm of the Arabian Nights.
The magic carpet began to lower down to the ground, that was filled with an abundance of words and sentences. The Saiyan and the two Genies got off as the carpet disappeared.
Zuri took this moment to look around.
Zuri: I take it this represents the pages of the stories coming to life, right? It feels like it never ends with how open this place is.
Zuri walked over to an edge and looked down to see a large void.
Shahra: That's one way of explaining it.
Shantae looked down at the void as well.
Shantae: So, what would happen if someone were to fall here?
Shahra: You just get sent back to where you have fallen from.
Zuri and Shantae walked back to Shahra.
Zuri: If this is the gateway, where's the exit?
Shahra: Just straight ahead.
Zuri and Shantae looked over to where she was pointing.
Zuri: Alright. Considering we're about to fight a powerful rouge genie, we need training anyways. Let's do this!
Shantae nodded.
Shantae: Let's go!
The couple moved in the direction where they wanted to go, passing one arch to another. Zuri then decided to speed up a little.
Shantae and Shahra gasped at the sudden burst of speed and tried to catch up.
Shahra: Zuri! Wait!
Shantae: Sweetie! Look out!
Unfortunately, their words came too late as Zuri would soon find himself smashed head first through the top middle section of an arch.
Zuri: Ow...
Shahra: Are you alright?
Shantae lifted him off the ground.
Zuri: Maybe we should learn how to crawl before we jog.
Shantae: Did you forget we can fly?
Zuri: *Facepalm* Of course.
Zuri used his flight to make it easier and Shantae did a belly dance and transformed into her Harpy form. Shahra was amazed.
Shahra: What kind of ability was that Shantae?
Harpy Shantae: I can transform into animals with a belly dance!
Shahra: That was incredible!
Harpy Shantae: *Giggles* Thanks!
Zuri and Shantae flew across the arches before landing. They started to run again, only to come across a set and columns of spiky balls, with only a thin line going through the center of the spikes.
Zuri: What's this?
Shantae: I think it's meant to test our balance.
Shahra: That is correct.
Zuri: Alright, here we go.
The couple walked on the thin ground. Shantae would use her bubble shield to prevent spikes from hitting them or making them fall. They managed to pass the arena.
