With barely a week left for their survival show to start shooting, the change in the lineup wasn't exactly the smoothest. Allen had gotten close to more than half of them and his sudden leaving, only to be replaced by a rookie trainee wasn't exactly met with extreme enthusiasm.

Lee Minho was introduced to the group and the interactions remained cordial. After all, he only knew four of them. Once he gave his own introduction, in which Winnie noticed that he left out the part about being a backup dancer for BTS, Chan took over the spotlight.

"The survival show would start next week. So, if you have any plans for October and further, do halt it or postpone it. We have less time and we have to give it our best. We don't want to give JYP any reason to eliminate any of us."

"The entire October?" Minho asked

"Yeah, even November and December. Why?" Chan asked

Minho pressed his lips and then shook his head, "Just asking."

"Alright? We'll start tomorrow, right off the bat. It's vigorous training and doesn't even think of slacking off if you want to make it." Chan looked over them once again, "That's all for today. Go back to your place and take a rest. 'Cause if you think it so bad for so long, it's going to get worse."

As they started to pack, Chan asked Felix, Jeongin and Minho to stay back.

"Is everything okay?" Felix asked

"Not really," Chan replied before looking at her

"The show starts within a week. And that means we don't have enough time for this. I'll be straightforward. Minho, you are still lacking in terms of vocals and rap. Dance is your only saving grace. And considering you've had the shortest training period, you have to put in triple the effort. Jeongin, your confidence has improved but it still has a huge room for improvement. You look so insecure when it comes to your parts, it's so visible on your face. And Felix, dude, I get it, trust me, I do we both do, and your improvement in dance is great but it is no use if you can't speak the language."

"That being said, Winnie and I are going to pull extra hours with you three to make sure that none of you gets eliminated. To the best of our abilities. Tomorrow onwards, you are staying back. Working on your vocals and rap with Winnie, Changbin and me. All clear?"

The three boys nodded.

After their little meeting, Winnie picked up her duffel and made her way to the studio. Inspiration could hit you at any time.

As she walked down the hallway, she looked to her left, towards the city's skyline. It was pitch black out there, with the city and the building having their sparkling lights. It was almost curfew time for trainees, she remembered.

"Sunbaenim!" followed by heavy footsteps.

She turned around just in time to see Minho skid-stopping and crouching a little to catch his breath.

"You walk fast," he panted

She turned to him and blindly reached for the water bottle she knew she had tucked in her bag and handed it to him. He took it and finished more than half of it before he seemed to realize that it was not his bottle but hers and quickly looked guilty.

"It's alright," she chuckled, "I can fill it up." and she tucked it back into her bag's side pocket.

He gave her a curt nod and cleared her throat.

"Anything I can help you with?" she asked

"Yes, I was wondering if we can start now..."

"Start now...?"
