(Lydia's POV) Today, me and Darla were heading to Dark Claw for a month. Levi had texted me last night to double check if I was still coming and I reassured him I was. I was a woman of my word and I made a commitment. Levi seemed like a good man and a good Alpha who generally cares about his pack and his pack's safety. And he was hot too, in a rugged, bad boy sort of way. He had dark brown messy wavy hair, deep green eyes and his body was littered all over with tattoos. His right arm was completely covered and his chest was almost covered too. He had toned, rippling muscles that I wouldn't mind running my nails down. He was about "6'3" compared to my "5'2". (A/N:My actually height if you're wondering, yeah I'm kinda short). He was defnitely my type and I was surprised that he didn't have a mate to be honest. Who would reject him? Darla stayed over at my place yesterday and we were eating some breakfast that I had prepared for us.

"Are you excited Lyds, you look pretty glammed up?" she said winking at me. She's been teasing me all about Levi for the past week. "Shut it Darla, he's hot as hell that's all, plus if I choose to stay, he'll be my Alpha," I replied and she raised her eyebrow. "So that'll make things hotter don't you think, you two sneaking around, doing the dirty in his office." she said giggling and I threw a strawberry at her that she dodged and she giggled. "Don't act like you haven't thought about it." she said smirking. I really hated how she was exactly like me in her teasing. "You're exhausting you know that." I said to her and she smiled at me. "Love you too babes." she said giving me a kissy face. We finished eating and then went to go get get our bags and head to Dark Claw. I gave a quick call to Sarah (one of my managers) and made sure that everything was running smoothly before I left for Dark Claw. I was going to be driving us to the barrier on my bike and then then we were meeting Levi and his betas at the gate of their packhouse. Then began my trial of being Head Hunter. The pack was only half an hour away from my house and 15 minutes if I was in my wolf form, but I wasn't carrying Darla all the way there. We were ready to go an hour later and I texted Levi to let him know that we were on our way and then we started biking.
