Soon, small rain droplets came pouring down. "It's raining, we should probably go in." Mallory said. "I don't know, I quite like the rain." said Laney. "We should stay out here for just a bit longer." "I think Mallory's right Lane, plus, we need to go to the library." Addison said. Laney sighed. "Alright, let's go ahead in." she said.

"Wait!" Mallory said. "On second thought, what if we stay out here for a bit longer?" "But me and Addison have to go back to the library." Laney said. "No wait!" Mallory said as Addison and Laney began to walk back towards the castle. "I have one last thing to show you, please!" Addison and Laney looked at each other. "Fine, show us! But do be quick with it." said Addison. Mallory smiled slyly. "Wonderful! Now follow me!" she said.

Laney and Addison hesitantly followed Mallory into the Forbidden Forest. "Why are we in the Forbidden Forest? We're not supposed to be here, it's in the name!" Addison said. "Oh please, as if you both haven't been here before." Mallory said.

A shiver ran down Laney's spine. "What do you mean?" she asked. "You know what I mean, don't play dumb!" said Mallory, continuing on deeper into the forest. "Laney look!" whispered Addison. Mallory's once bright red hair started to show streaks of black. "We really need to go back now." Laney said, but Mallory ignored her. "Mallory? Didn't you hear us?" asked Addison. "And why is your hair a different color?" Mallory's hair was completely rid of the red color it once was, and was instead a shiny black color. "Mallory?"

Mallory turned around, and Laney gasped. "You!" she said. Mallory smiled slyly. "Me." she said. "It was you the whole time!" Laney said in disbelief. Addison stood there in disbelief. "It all makes sense now!" said Addison. "But, how did you do it?" Laney asked.

"Easy, I brewed a Polyjuice potion to change my appearance. As for how I traveled back in time, well, it was easy. And as for how I knew how to travel back in time, I got info from a certain Diggory, who just so happens to be in Azkaban. Luckily, my mother is a high-ranked Ministry official, so she passed along the information. I got told where a tim turner and its brother was, so I hid the other one in a book and brought them into the ruddy Muggle book shop." Scarlett said. "How did you know we'd go to the bookshop?" Addison asked. "Well, I heard you blabbering to that Longbottom kid about going off to Laney's house and all the different things you'd hoped to do, so I planted the books, knowing it would grab your attention." said Scarlett. The rain began to pour down heavily, completely drenching them.

"I seriously thought I'd be able to throw you both off with the Polyjuice potion, and I did for a short while, but I knew that both of you were growing quite suspicious, and figured my time would be up soon. But now that I've gotten you alone deep into the forest, I can finally get rid of you." Scarlett said, pulling out her wand. A look of terror grew in Laney and Addison's eyes. "What on earth do you mean?" Laney asked.

"I mean, I am going to get rid of you." Scarlett said, taking a step closer towards Laney. "You see, our families don't get on very well. In fact, my family wants yours dead." she said. Laney looked at her with a confused expression. "What do you mean your family wants mine dead?" she asked. Scarlett smiled sinisterly. "I come from a very, famous family. One that you might have heard of before. Ever heard of the name, Grindelwald?"

Laney looked at her, horrified. Addison stood confused. "Who's Grindelwald?" she asked. Scarlett turned to her. "He's only one of the most powerful wizards of all time! Some might even argue he was better than Voldemort." Scarlett said. "So, a dark and supposedly powerful wizard?" Addison asked. "Not supposedly, he is! And he exists in today's world, for you must not forget that we are in the 1930s, where Grindelwald will rule!" Scarlett exclaimed.

"He won't ever rule, the truth will be revealed and the real Qilin will make the final decision. That's how it's supposed to be, you can't change that." Laney said. "Actually, I can. Prophecies can be broken, and they will be broken. There is still time." Scarlett said. "They can, but they shouldn't. Metaling with time is dangerous!" said Laney.

Addison nodded. "Yeah, didn't you ever hear about what happened to those kids who went back in time? They almost brung back Voldemort!" said Addison. "Exactly! If they can get close to doing so, then I can do the same." Scarlett said. "You couldn't possibly do so though, the election takes place in Bhutan." Laney said.

"Which is exactly where we'll go." said Scarlett. "We can't possibly let you!" Addison exclaimed. "Oh, but I can!" said Scarlett. "And I think I'll have something beneficial to help with my journey. Accio!" Scarlett pointed her want at Laney's case, and it went flying to her hands. She then took off deeper into the forest. "No!" Laney shouted, following after Scarlett. Laney pulled out her wand. "Expelliarmus!" she said, but Scarlett dodged her spell.

Laney picked up her pace, and eventually, she was on Scarlett's heels. Scarlett turned around and pushed Laney, who stumbled back and fell into the wet leaves. Addison rushed over to her side to help her up. "Come on, we'll catch up to her." Addison said reassuringly. The two began to run after Scarlett once more. "Don't worry, we won't let her get away." Addison promised, looking over at a worried Laney. Laney nodded, and picked up her pace. Soon, they were deep into the forest, the castle now out of sight. A few medium sized spider webs hung from the trees.

"We're in Acromantula territory." said Laney, noticing the webs. "Hopefully Scarlett will run into one!" Addison exclaimed. "And hopefully we don't." Laney said. "Where is she even going?" Addison shrugged. "I think she's just trying to get away from us!"

"I have an idea, forget the case!" Laney said. Addison looked at her, shocked. "Are you sure?" she asked. "I'm positive. If we go now, we can be a step ahead of the game." said Laney. "Okay, but where are we going?" asked Addison. "The Room We Require!" said Laney, turning the opposite direction and running back up to the castle. "If we hurry now, we'll make it on time!" she said. Addison stopped to catch her breath for a brief second, and rushed up after Laney.

"You know, you're taking this whole situation quite well!" Addison said. "Actually, I'm losing my mind." Laney admitted. "But there is no sense in freaking out, not externally at least." The two soon reached the castle and ran up to the 7th floor, both feeling winded. "Just ahead, here!" Laney said, rushing up to a wall. Suddenly, a black door formed from out of the wall. "Wow, how did you do that?" Addison asked, astonished. "Well, I just thought of what we require. I suppose that's how the room got its name, now let's go!" said Laney, who opened the door and walked in quietly. She peered around. No one was in the room, but there were five brown suitcases, and a blue-green contraption in the middle.

"Wow!" Addison whispered, taking a step into the room. Laney looked around. "It's quite amazing in here, I must admit. Now, don't touch the cases, those aren't meant for us. Instead, we're going to be using this nifty little contraption." Laney said, gesturing to the blue-green cylinder that was in the middle of the room. Laney held her hand out, and Addison took it. Then, Laney pressed the cylinder, and within seconds they were both swept away, leaving the Room of Requirement behind.
