Hyunjin's condition only got worse the more he was around felix the more he would begin to cough and choke up flowers; each time becoming more painful than before

Felix: hyunjin I noticed you have been coughing a lot recently so I made you ginger honey tea, are you okay?" he ask me with caring eyes

I coughed into my handkerchief as I clocked in for work. My manager put me on table duty since I was coughing too much. I grabbed the damp rag and began spraying cleaning supplies on the empty tables 

Minho: how's it going with felix?

I slightly jumped as minho looked at me with curious eyes

Hyunjin: i'm gonna die 

Minho: that was morbid, are you just giving up ?" 

Hyunjin: it makes no sense to try, obviously felix and I aren't meant to be" I sigh getting frustrated just by the thought 

Minho: you never know unless you try" he gives me a hopeful smile

As I walked into school minho's words walked with me, I was going to give it a try and ASK FELIX OUT !!

I made my way over to felix's locker. This was the moment I was going to be brave and finally ask him out

Hyunjin: hey lix !" I smile at him

Felix: hi jinnie" he returns with an even brighter smile 

Ahhh he's so cute" I blush and scream internally 

Hyunjin: I was uhh- wondering i-if you are going umm- going to be busy tonight" fuck this went way better in my head, my hands started to get sweaty and clammy waiting for his response 

Felix: No I don't think so, why do you want to do something ?" he looks up at me with his pretty eyes 

Hyunjin: uhhh y-yeah erm yes I wanna t-take you o-urgh" I quickly put my hand over my mouth, why now out of all times ??!

Felix: jinnie, are you okay ?" he looks at me worryingly 

Hyunjin: yeah, excuse me please" I ran to the bathroom and threw up but this time it was different. There was more blood than flowers. I tried picking myself off the floor but just didn't have the strength. I felt like I was gonna pass out

I blink slowly as someone began helping me up

I look to my side seeing haechan helping me walk to the sink

Haechan: consider me your guardian angel" he jokes as I began to rinse my face off 

Hyunjin: thanks a lot hyuck, I owe you one" I chuckle

Haechan: actually you owe me five but who's counting

I laugh again as I collected my bearings, sighing as I dried my face
