12. How bout a time skip?

Finally, it was time to go to London.

Despite my efforts, Johnny bought me the ticket to fly over.

Mom, dad, Stef and Vinny all came to see me off.

My dad sobbed loudly and my mom tried to confront him.

"It's okay, mi amor."

"It's not! She's leaving us!"

"It's only for a month, dad..." I hugged him.

"Oh, YN, they called your boarding!" Vinny said and my father sobbed louder.

"It's okay. I'll call you guys later!" I hugged everyone and of I went.

"Oh, ma'am, you're first class!" The flight attendant smiled.

"Wait what?"

She nodded.

I'm going to kill him.

I sat in the secluded area and examined the buttons on the seat.

I closed the curtain and read the texts from my mom and friends wishing me a safe and fun trip.

I'm living with a practical stranger for a month that just so happens to be in the military and could totally kidnap me and make everything look not suspicious.

I took a deep breath and the plane took off.

Okay, so he's Scottish but he's picking me up in London.

After that, he said he bought a house and I'll live there.

He'll work on base but come back to me when he's off.

I tried to sleep for most of the ride.

It was hard and I was bored.

Finally, we landed and I got out, picked up my bags and gulped.

What if he's not here yet? What I'd be doesn't show up?

"YN!" I looked up and saw Johnny, Ghost, Gaz and Price.

They smiled at me and Ghost looked unimpressed as he held up a sign that said, Welcome YN! 🥳🍾🎊🎉🙌

I couldn't hap but laugh and I walked over.

Soap brought me into a hug and I awkwardly hugged back.

"Here, let me take that for you." Price took my bag and Gaz took my suitcase.

"Oh, you don't have to."

"It's alright. We got this."

"I'm so glad you're here!"

"Yeah." I laughed, still a bit nervous.

"Was your ride okay?" He took my hand and we started to walk towards the exit.

"It was okay. You didn't have to get me first class!"

"Of course I did!" He pulled my head closer and kissed my temple.

I blushed darkly and kept walking.

We arrived at a Jeep and we got in.

Price got in the drivers seat, Gaz sat in the passenger seat and Ghost sat next to me in the back.

I was in the middle.

"I hope you like the house!"

"I'm sure I will."

"I can wait for you to see it! Price gave me three days off to show you around. And if you decide to move in with me permanently, I'll introduce you to my family! Oh, and-"

"Soap, calm down. You're gonna scare her off before we get to your house."

"Soap?" I asked confused.

"It's my military call sign."

"Ah."
