A week before Christmas, they were all together at Bucky's house. Aubri had Christmas music playing as she and the kids made cookies together. Bucky came home from work to see all the Christmas decor she had bought and them decorating cookies.
"What's all this?!" He said excitedly.
"Dad look! We made cookies and Christmas cupcakes!" Whitley said with a smile.
"Those look amazing." He said
"These are the boys." Aubri said
Theirs was a mess and they were both covered in icing. "Oh boys you did awesome too." He said as he helped her get them cleaned up. They ate dinner, and after dinner they began to decorate the house. After that Aubri helped them make all new stockings bedazzled, and glitter.
Bucky kissed Aubri after they got the kids down, and sat down with hot cocoa and the tree on.
"Thank you for tonight..it's the first time I think I have seen Whitley smile so much." He said
"You're welcome." She said
They finished their hot cocoa and went to sleep.
