Two weeks later
It was the night of Homecoming, their theme was Raving Nights. Whitley mainly stuck with her group of friends, while Keely stayed close to Callum and his friends.
Keely and Callum also won Lord and Lady of the freshmen class, they danced together to "Heaven" by Kane Brown
"You look beautiful KK." He said
"Thank you. You clean up nice too." She said
After the dance was over, Aubri and Bucky was at the school to pick up kids.
"Hey Keely! You look amazing! I love your dress where did you get it." Whitley said as they walked out.
Bucky and Aubri had just walked up to the sidewalk
"Thanks Whit, I got it at the mall. My mom helped me bedazzle it. You look beautiful too." Keely said
"Thanks..my aunt and Gigi helped me pick it out." Whitley said defeated
"Welcome. Look mom I'm a lady! And CJ won Lord!" She said
"Alright just like uncle Buck!" Bucky said as he hugged Callum.
Callum just rolled his eyes, "See you tomorrow KK." Callum said
"See you tomorrow CJ." She said with a smile as she left with Aubri.
Once they were on the road, Bucky saw Whitley wipe tears. His phone buzzed to tell him he had a text from Aubri.
"Is Whit okay?"
Bucky replied back "She will be one day."
