12:20 p.m.
"Do you think they have feelings for each other Paige?" I ask her as we both watch Kajay and Kyra walk away.
I turn to look at her.
"It kinda obvious seh Kajay like har, mi nuh sure if she like him" she shrugs.
Oh.
I love their friendship.
He's extremely protective over her, I love that.
"Whenever mi deh round dem yuh can feel the chemistry between them, mi nuh know how them nuh feel it" she adds.
I haven't noticed that but she's been around them more so she would know.
But I've seen how he looks at her and I can tell that he loves her a lot, maybe more than friends.
And maybe Kyra likes him too?
So why are they lying to themselves?
They'd make a cute couple.
"Maybe they feel it but they choose to ignore it?"
She nods, "Maybe inno"
"Or dem coulda secretly deh and nuh tell we"
Right, why we never think of that.
"That could be possible." I say and we fall into silence for a minute.
Just tell her what you really want to tell her, get it off your chest.
This is so embarrassing to say but I have to tell someone.
"Paige?"
She turns to look at me.
"Kayla?"
I play with my fingers nervously.
Here goes nothing..
"I caught Pablo in the act yesterday, fucking a girl in his bed." I immediately cover my mouth after saying it.
I'm embarrassed, so embarrassed.
