Kyra's POV
2:02 p.m.

"Ky yuh phone a ring!" my mom calls out to me as I finished washing the last plate in the sink.

Turning off the tap, I walk over to the counter to grab a piece of napkin to wipe my wet hands.

After I was through, I throw the paper in the bin then hurriedly make my way into the living room where my mom and my phone was.

When I got there she was sitting in the couch, watching some weird African show on the tv.

"See it deh, it start again" she says, pointing at my phone that was ringing on the coffee table.

I quickly walk over and grab it, immediately realizing it was Jay calling when I read the caller ID.

I haven't heard from him in two hours, what took him so long?

"Hi" I answer the call as I make my way out of the living room to head upstairs.

"Yuh good?" he asks, his tone filled with concern.

"I'm fine- I just miss you" I pout, as I made my way up the flight of stairs.

"Mi a fawud yah now but mi call yuh fi ask yuh if yuh hungry?"

Just then my stomach growls, making me giggle.

"Weh yah laugh fah?"

"Mi belly just roll as soon as yuh ask mi if mi hungry." I laugh, pushing my room door open.

He chuckles. "Suh weh yuh wah and weh yuh mada want?"

I'm sure Mommy will eat whatever I'm having, ever since she's been out the hospital she's been craving any and everything.

"Buy Sakura for us- noodles with sweet and sour chicken." I tell him, closing my door behind me.

"That's all, yuh nuh wah nun else?"

"Yeah, I do" I whisper.

"Wah dat?"

"I want you to come fu-"

"Mi soon fawud" he cuts me off with a chuckle.

I end the call before sitting down on the bed.

My hormones have been going crazy, whole night last night I was dreaming about having sex with him.

This morning I threw up twice and I still can't understand why.
