I slam the door behind me and run up to my room slamming that door too. I slide down it slowly putting my face in my hands. I wasn't really mad at her, why did I overreact like. God she didn't need that she's in enough pain at the moment. God what am I going to do.
I stand up and start pacing the room pulling at my hair when I hear a knock on my door. I sit on the end of my bed "come in" I say quietly. For a second I thought she didn't hear me but then I saw the door knob turn slowly and the door opened. I stare intently at the door and I see her peak her adorable little head through the door. She slowly walks in and closes the door behind her, then stands awkwardly in the middle of my room.
I scoot over and pat the spot on the bed next to me. She walks over sitting down and sighing. "Look I'm sorry I shouldn't have snapped at you like that. That was completely uncalled for" she says with her head down staring at her intertwined hands. I reach over and put my finger under her chin and lift her head up. "It's fine I shouldn't have gotten mad I know you're going through a tough time right now."
I pick her up and put her on my lap, rubbing her back. We sit there in silence for a couple of minutes until I feel my shirt start to get a little wet. I look down and see her crying into my chest. Fuck what'd I do?! "What wrong sweetie" I say wiping the tears from her cheeks with my thumb. She looks up at me and smiles. "Just you. You ash...you have made me happier than I thought I could even be after what happened. I thought I would never feel again...never love again."
She clears hear throat then continues. "Ashton I know I'm not a lot but I love you. You may not want to hear it from me because I have some problems but I honestly and truly have fallen in love with you." I stare at her shocked for a second before bending down and kissing her softly. She reaches one of her hands up and puts it on my cheek kissing me back. I pull away and look into her beautiful eyes. "I love you to."
