"Okay, we're tired of hearing you two being awkward friends, can you skip to the point where you asked Mama to go out with you?" Arya asked, leaning against the table. KS smiled and took Haseena's hand in her.
"That's one of my top five favorite moments in my life," KS answered. "I was so scared she was going to say no, like, you have no idea."
"I was tempted to, just to make you squirm but I couldn't do that to you," HM told KS, grinning. "I liked you way too much to do that."
"So, how did you ask Mama out?" Alia questioned.
"Well, it was a little awkward but we were awkward nineteen years old so that pretty much how everything happened," KS said.

KS sighed and stared at herself in the girls' bathroom at school. I had to hype myself up. Today was the day I was just going to go for it, and ask Haseena out. We had been friends for a few months now and we had flirted with each other and kissed, now I needed to ask her officially to be my girlfriend. I mean, it was time to do that. I couldn't keep stalling and being a loser who made out with her friend and then just not acknowledge it. We had to just go forward and put a name to this, it was the time.
"What are you doing?" Cheeta asked, bumping into KS as soon as she came out of the washroom.
"Just thinking, why?"
"You just look weird," he said.
"I'm just fine," KS said running her hand through her hair.
"Okay?" Cheeta said, frowning. "Is Haseena sitting with us at lunch today?"
KS smiled, "Yeah she is."
"Why is she part of the group now?" Ayan whined.
"Because I like her and she is," KS said rolling her eyes.
Ever since Haseena started to sit with us every so often or hang out with us Cheeta and Santu became friends with her but Ayan got all whiny about it. It was the most annoying thing.
"What if she doesn't feel the same?" Ayan questioned.
"Then I'll be sad forever," KS said honestly.
"Seriously?"
"Yeah, I think Haseena's my soul mate," KS said dreamily.
Ayan groaned, "Fuck off, no way."
"Yes.", KS answered being determined.
"Gross." , Ayan answered.
"I like her, Ayan!" KS exclaimed.
"I'm aware, but you can't have a soul mate at nineteen."
"Wanna bet?" KS demanded. "I'm asking her to be my girlfriend's today at lunch."
"I bet you won't."
"Bet I will," KS said and pushed Ayan out of the way.
"Fine!" Ayan said and went away from there as Santu and Cheeta followed KS. KS rolled her eyes, I didn't know what Ayan's problem was but he has started to annoy the heck out of me. I was ready to like punch him in the face for being so annoying.
KS smiled when she saw Haseena down the hall talking to one of her friends and jogged forward and met up with her.
"Hey Karu," She said smiling at KS while KS stared at her with wide eyed.
"Will you be my girlfriend?" KS blurted.
"I figured we already kinda were," HM told KS straightening out collar of KS shirt.
