There she was, standing infront of her bathroom mirror with a blade grazing her wrist, tears running down her cheeks and dropping in the sink as the door was slammed open.

"MEI WHAT ARE YOU DOING!?"
He said running over to the girl as the blade dropped into the sink.

"Hyung......"

"What happened? Why were you doing it?" He started as he hugged the girl with one hand on her head and the other on her back as she stood still.

"M-Mom made anoth-"

"Where?"

"Let me finish-"

"I ASKED WHERE!?"
He yelled pulling away from the embrace as the cold air hit her skin once again.

"Over here."
She pointed to her shin.

"Is... Is that all."

"A-and over here-"

"Shit"
She heard her cousin mutter under his breath when he saw the burns.

"THAT'S IT! I AM SICK OF THAT WOMAN!! YOU!"
He pointed to the girl to which she nodded in response.

"Stay right here in your room..... And don't come out. No. Matter.what."
He said before walking out.

"Yeonjun hyung!"
He halted as he heard her call from inside.

"What?"

"Please. Whatever you're doing, it's not gonna be worth it."

"If it's worth saving my cousin from dying then I can and I will do it"

She sighed in defeat and sat down, treating the burns that her own mother did with cigarettes on her skin.
Why? Because she was high.

For two hours straight, there were yells, screams and sounds of things crashing yet Mei did not dare to even open the door the slightest bit only because her cousin said so.

And finally the door opened showing Yeonjun standing there with a relieved smile.

"Pack up, we're leaving tomorrow."
He said walking in.

"W-what do you mean?"

"You're coming with me to Seoul."
He said as he sat down beside her on the floor.

"Really?"

"Yes. You're only Fifteen, I can't see you getting hurt everyday Mei. I'll finish college this year, So that means I can help with your tuition instead of your parents.
Trust me, even my parents are okay with this."

"I am so sorry for causing this much troubl-"
She was cut off by Yeonjun hugging her and patting her head.

"Don't say such things Mei. You're my Favourite cousin. Remember?"

"For real?"

"For real."

"Thanks hyung."

"Why are you thanking me?"

"Are you kidding me? You literally let me come with you to Seoul! I don't even know how to repay all of this!"

"You can repay by just doing...........nothing. just come with me. That's enough."
