Mei-rin's birthday

"Happy birthday to you~ Happy birthday to you~ Happy birthday! Happy birthday! Happy birthday to you~ HAPPY BIRTHDAY LIM MEI-RIN!!"
Sunoo sang loudly, coming into the classroom while clapping his hands.

Mei, who was talking with Jaehyun and Riwoo rolled her eyes at the stir he caused.

"Thank you!" Mei half-yelled, gladly accepting the bar of chocolate that he pulled out from his pocket.

"It's your birthday!? I walked to school with you and you didn't even tell me!? How could you Mei?" Jaehyun asked dramatically, his hand placed on his chest for extra dramatic effects.

"Sorry~" Mei said, sitting down on her seat. Jaehyun sat down on her table and eyed Riwoo and Sunoo who nodded at him.

Little did she know, her birthday spread like wildfire in the halloween obsessed school.

"Mei-ran right? I heard it's your birthday." A boy approached the girl with a bouquet of red roses and a chocolate bar.

"Uhh Mei-rin,actually."
Mei said, eyeing Jaehyun.

"My apologies.......anyways-"

Jaehyun, who was beside the girl, narrowed his eyes at the unknown boy.
"It's halloween, not valentines day."
He muttered, rolling his eyes.

"Here, these are for you,........happy birthday!!" The boy yelled before running off and jumping with his friend group.

"..........weirdo." Mei muttered, shoving the chocolate bar in her pocket and walking up to a girl.

"Excuse me? Yeah, see that boy over there?" Mei asked the girl, pointing to the boy who was jumping with his friends.

"He told me to give this to you." Mei continued with a smile before walking away from the red-faced girl.

"Why'd you do that?" Jaehyun asked from beside her.

"Like you said, it's halloween, not valentines day." She answered with a smile.

"Alright."

Mei's birthday, popularly known as Halloween is widely celebrated around the whole world. The day filled with costumes, horror and candies, is also the day she was born.

Every year for the past three years, her birthday only consists of the Co-CEOs of tomorrow by together academy and her friends, Sunoo, Jungwon and Riki.

However, this year, Yeonjun invited alot of people. Eighteen to be precise.

It was lunchtime, Mei was constantly interrupted by girls or boys she can't recognize giving her chocolates.
And she was currently facing a girl who is pleading her for an invite to a non-existent birthday party saying, 'I can look at Yeonjun upclose without being dragged away by securities.'

"For the last time miss, there is no birthday party, and even if there was one, I ain't inviting you." Mei said, sitting down on her chair and rolling her eyes.

The 6+1 boys on her table gave eachother rather suspicious looks.

"Come on! Pleeeease? I just wanna see Yeonjun!" The girl said, stomping her feet.

"Shin Hyemin! For the love of god, she's telling you there's no party! You have to be either deaf or retarded as hell to not understand that. Just leave and please, hesitate to come back." Jaehyun said, turning around slowly and looking up at the girl and reading her name tag. The girl, half embarrassed and half annoyed, huffed before leaving Mei alone.
