"IT'S A BEAUTIFUL DAYY!!!!"
Mei yelled coming down the stairs.

"Munchkin, We have some news for you."
Mr.Park said once the girl entered the living room.

"What is it dad?"
She asked, sitting down next to Yeonjun.

Silence.

"I...I'm going back to the states tomorrow."
Mr.Park stated nervously.

"Hehe....Funny....It's- It's a joke......right?"
Mei chuckled awkwardly before turning to Yeonjun questioningly. The older pursed his lips and nodded.

"But you just came! We just found you! How can you leave?"
Mei tried to reason, standing up.

"I'm sorry....They're expecting me at my company."
He added.

Mei sighed before slumping back to her room.

"It's not a beautiful day...."
She muttered before taking her phone and dialing Sunoo.

Call- SunSunSunoo

"Sunoo?"

"What is it rin?"

"Can I come over?"

"For sure, when?"

"Like now?"

"Oh? Okay. I'll be waiting."

"Hmm."

Mei walked to her closet and picked out a green sweatshirt and beige pants before changing and braiding her hair.

"Mei?"
Yeonjun called, knocking on Mei's door.

"Yeah come in."
She said before picking up her phone and shoving it in her pocket.

"Uhh we were supposed to have a joint dinner with Jaehyun's family but it got postponed to today- hold on, are you going out?"
He asked, walking into the room.

"Yeah, I'm going to see Sunoo."
She nodded her head.

"Oh.....be back at seven."
He instructed the girl as he ruffled her hair.

"Oppa, it's 10, in the morning. But yeah if my curfew's so long then I'll back by seven."
She said before running off downstairs and outside.

"Hey wa- I swear."
Yeonjun chuckled before walking out of the room.

"So?"
Mr.Park asked from beside Yeonjun, startling him.

"Stage one, denial. I'm off to the academy."
Yeonjun said before walking out.

The former looked at his younger cousin skip happily across the neighbourhood until she turned at the corner.

"I should hang out with my friends more too."
He muttered before skipping over to his car and driving off.

"Yah! Kim Sunoo, I know you're in there!"
Mei yelled as she opened Sunoo's house's door.

"Is that Mei-rin I hear?"
Mrs.Kim asked happily before walking out of the living room.

"Aunty!"
She chirped before giving the woman a side hug. Sunoo walked down the stairs and saw his mother holding Mei's shoulders.
