Kion And Rani:Two Destinies

Episode 8:Some Issues

"What! You are from the Pridelands! How dare you enter my kingdom!" Sahasi said angrily.

"No no no I come at peace, I am just the royal advisor to the king."

"Royal Advisor?" Ananda questioned.

"Yes and I have a message to deliver."

"And what is that, another of your plans to conquer this kingdom."

"No no after what happened with Scar please forgive us. We just want to make things right. And for that my King and Queen are coming over here if you would give your and for your safety only they are going to come here not the whole pride but only if you give the permission."

Sahasi looked at his mate with dead eyes. Ananda also looked back with the same expression. Sahasi thought over and over again about what should he do. If he accepts he can make another kingdom an ally but what if Zazu is not telling the truth and what will he say to Kion about his parents coming over here. But if he says no, it can start a war between the two kingdoms and this time the Pridelands are not weak because of hunger. He finally took a decision.....

"Ok I am ready but tell your King and Queen that if they are lying this time they won't be spared."

"Really Sahasi?"

"Yes Ananda I have took my decision."

"Thank you, your highness I must go now to tell my King and Queen."

As he said Zazu flied off to the direction from which Kion came.

"Sahasi what will you tell to Kion about this?"

"I don't know Ananda but it just seemed best for the kingdom."

They both sat there thinking how to convince Kion about this. Until it hit Ananda.

''I have an idea we will wait till it's evening and Kion finishes his patrol and when the Baliyo and Rani are there we will tell him but we have to let Rani and Baliyo tell this to him as they are the closest to him in this kingdom."

"Ok Ananda we will follow your plan." Sahasi replied.

"And the first thing is we have to tell this to Rani and Baliyo. They both must have went to the watering hole let's go there and bring them here."

"Ok let's go." Sahasi replied running off to the watering hole.

Once Sahasi reached there he was a little bit tired due to his growing old age.

"Mom, Dad why did you two come over here."

"Why?" Baliyo asked.

"It's something about Kion." Sahasi answered.

"What?! Mom did you tell him."

"What?" Baliyo questioned.

"No no no Rani it's something else." Ananda said.

"So the problem is.........."

Sahasi told everything to them and for Rani and Baliyo they were kind of suprised.

"So that's why we came over here."

"So you two need our help to tell this to Kion?" Rani asked.

"Yes Rani!" Ananda answered

"But why did you accept the treaty in the first place?"

"It was for the best for our kingdom, so Rani and Baliyo will you two do it?"

"Yes Dad but I still think this wasn't the good idea?"

"What wasn't a good idea?"

Everyone turned to see Kion coming out of the bushes.

"Sorry I was just passing by when I heard you."

"Oh Kion, so uhhh when are we starting the patrol."

"Uhh Baliyo we just finished the patrol before the sun rose."

"Oh yeah." Baliyo said.

"So can you tell me which idea wasn't good?"

"Uh it's nothing Kion." Rani said.

"Yeah we were just discussing something about the kingdom." Baliyo said.

"Ook so I will go now, if you need me I will be over the tundra."

"Yeah sure." Rani said.

After she said that Kion went away but he still wasn't convinced by the answer but didn't let that go to his head.

After he went away everyone let out a sigh of relief.

"That was a close one." Sahasi said.

"Yeah we just now have to wait till evening now."

"Yeah but hopefully Kion will believe us."

Rani then went away to do her daily tasks but she still was thinking about what would happen in the evening. Would Kion believe them or  will Kion end their friendship. But she also likes Kion. She has to ask him someday. But she first have to do this.

And now came the moment of truth it was now evening.....
