Sorry that this story is a little slow at the beginning but I wanted it to be as realistic as possible and I feel like that wouldn't be achievable if Oikawa had seen Iwaizumi and begun his plan during the first half of the day since theme parks are busy places.
If you have never picked up on this before, the theme park in this fic is inspired by both 'Blackpool Pleasure Beach' and 'Flamingo Land' since they are the closest to where I live and the ones I have visited the most frequently.
