"It's getting more interesting," the reporter said.
"This is just the start," the man said, chuckling. "We've got into manny troubles after that."
"Some of them almost destroyed the Earth in half."
"But there were events that made our bonds stronger than ever before."
The reporter looked at the man.
"Let me know about the story."
"It all started with me and Ian..."

"Ian," Alex said as he stepped into his room.
"Don't come closer," he snapped. "I don't want to speak with you."
"Ian," Alex continued. "Why are you so upset about?"
"I thought I was your right arm," Ian muttered. "And it seems like I was not at all."
"If you're jealous about Justin, I can explain-"
"You don't have to," Ian said. "And I am not jealous of him. It's just..."
"Justin's just kind of a guy who helped me when I was nervous about shouting to the world that teenagers can change this rotting-hell which is called 'world' by the grown-ups. He's excellent at thinking of battle strategies when he eats something. That's the charming point he has."
"And what about me?" Ian asked.
"You're different from him, Ian. You don't need any charming points to get people around you. Have you ever thought about why I always ordered you to come with me?"
"No..."
"I believe you, that's why. More than any other person here. You showed your skills when this whole thing was in trouble, which developed this whole nation. Before, and always, you'll try to do your best to save what we have achieved, won't you?"
Ian nodded at last. "Thanks."
"Now I think I have to go through a training for a while... if you need anything, please tell me. I always think of my people first."
Alex then went to his room, where he moved his bookshelf to one side. There, he found a door, and opened it. There was a smile in his face as he stepped into the holy place.
"I'm back," he said, letting the energy circle around him. He had heard a voice this morning, and he thought that he needed to check it out. If this was related to his extraordinary powers, maybe the voice was related to someone he knew.
The energy which was circling his body was absorbed into his skin as he encountered a non-human being in front of him.
"My boy..."
"I'm pleased to meet you again, my Lord," Alex said, smirking as more power sank into his skin.
Alex's eyes' color changed as it transformed into a set of cold, golden eyes. The golden energy kept circling around his body until it formed a white chiton - an Ancient Greek clothing - and an old weapon.
"Do you know how all of this started?"
"I don't, my Lord."
"There was a time when all mortals were just mortals, without any power or anything. They were really... hilarious. Think about it; all you can wait for is death, since it comes to everyone. But some of them started to get in relationships with other immortals. You know what I mean, right?"
