We walked into Lumpy's Gym. I could hear Lumpy. "Adam, go get the bag. Arms up. Arms up." he told a guy in Boxing gear. "Reminds me of my time when I was boxing with Kip," I told Juice with a sigh. "Yeah, I know, you miss him?" he asked. I gave him a short nod. "Lumpy. Lump." Tig spoke up to get his attention. "Oh, hey. John, take five," he told the guy, who nodded and walked away while Lumpy walked over. "Hey, Tig." he smiled. "Come here, brother." they hugged. " How are you?" Tig asked, and Lumpy nodded. "Good." Lumpy hugged Bobby. "Good to see you." Bobby smiled at the older man. "Hi, Bobby. Nice to see you, man." he smiles when Tig placed a hand on my shoulder. "This is Lexi, Jax's Sister." Tig introduced me. "Hi." I smiled a little. "Hello, dear." Lumpy smiled, shaking my hand. "What happened to Rupert's?" Tig asked, pointing to the other side of the street. "Oh, Rupert's closed about six weeks after the pawn shop folded. And Leo's about a month before that." Lumpy told us while Juice and a man walked into a back room. A few minutes later, he came out while Bobby and Tig were still chatting with Lumpy. We said goodbye, and I separated, wanting to return to Mom. "Tell her we said Hi and love her," Bobby told me. I nodded. "Will do." I drove in the opposite direction than them, and before I went inside, I walked Bubba for him to pee. "Hey, Mom." I walked in and sat on a chair while Clay helped Mom with her eyebrow. "Hi, Baby, how did it go?" she asked. I nodded. "Good, the boys wanted to tell you they say Hi and love you," I told her. "Thanks, Baby." she turned and continued when Jax entered the room. "Hi, sweetheart." Mom didn't look up. "Am I interrupting?" Jax asked. "Yes. Thank you. How'd it go with Luke?" Clay asked, putting the mirror down. "He's sticking to his story. Going to check in with Jimmy. get back to us," he told him. Jax pulled out a piece of Paper. "We got the number for Ashby Provisions." he passed the note to Clay, who took out his phone. "It's eight hours ahead in Belfast. There should still be somebody there. Are you ready to make this call?" Clay asked Mom, who nodded. "Yeah." Mom was about to dial the number when the door opened. Bubba started growling, and I knew why when I moved my head. "Bubs, shush." I snapped. Elvis stopped growling when Agent Stahl entered the room. "Good morning. Glad to see you're feeling better," she said, looking around the room. "Yeah, I'm the picture of health." Mom wasn't having any of her bullshit; I could hear her tone. I'm going to need to speak with her alone." Stahl told Jax, Clay, and I, but I shook my head. "The hell you will," I growled. "Baby, calm down. I'll be fine. There's not much more this bitch can do to me." Mom snapped, and I chuckled. "Don't underestimate her. She's been demoted. She's desperate." Clay said with a hand on her shoulder. "Hey, I'm in the room, kids," Stahl said with her head tilted slightly to her side. "Yeah, we know," Jax grumbled. "We just wish you weren't," I told her, crossing my arms in front of my chest. "The family that hates together," Stahl said with a slimy smirk. "Whip that stinking smirk elsewhere." I growled before leaving the room. After a snack, I sat down when Clay walked down the hallway on the phone. Just as Clay ended his phone call, Jax walked out with Opie and Chibs. "I left word for Maureen at her store," he told Clay. "Good." Clay was happy to hear. Opie walked up behind me. I leaned against his chest, Ope placed his head on mine, and his arms crossed my throat. "We'll get Gemma to reach out," Jax said. "Jesus Christ, what now?" Clay asked. Ope and I turned around to see Bobby, Tig, and Juice approaching us. "Fuck, Juice, what happened?" I asked my husband. I walked up to him, placing my hand under his chin. "Salazar and two CL jumped me in the Chicken Man's van," Juice said while I inspected his beat-up face. "Jesus Christ." I scoffed lightly. "Well, I can say your Nose doesn't seem broken." I told Juice. "Good to hear, thank you." Juice turned to Clay. "They took my cut." Juice said. "Seriously?" I asked. "What?" Clay and Chibs said at the same time. "You let a goddamn puppet club strip his patch?" Clay asked. "Clam down, Clay. I'm sure we can get it back somehow." I said with a hand on Juice's Shoulder. "Where were you two, anyway?" I asked the other two. "It's on me." Tig said, but Bobby waved him off. "It's on all of us." Bobby said. "No. I let it happen." Juice lowered his head. "Cheer up." I nudged him. "Well, I know where to find them. We might find them. I just got off the phone with T.O. Bastard's got intel on where the Mayans might be setting up their heroin shop. Industrial park out by the Make Hill bend. You, Bobby and Chibs." Clay said, pointing at Tig, Bobby, and Chibs. "I'll do it. Can't do shit here." Jax volunteered. "Let's go." Jax left while I stayed with Piney, Clay, and Opie. I'm sorry." Juice limped on my side. "Come on, hero, let's go. Let's get you patched up, huh?" Piney walked on Juice's other side. "I'll do it, you morons don't have the finger feelings for it." I snapped. I walked with Juice into a room and sat him down. "I'm so sorry." I had my back to him when I turned to him with some plasters. "Baby, don't be." I quietly said while I cleaned his wounds with some gauze and alcohol.
