"We were arguing and I said that you two should get back together by talking about you....and she only heard that part." He sighed. "We're never getting back together at this point."
He crumbled in his legs. "He can barely study, but comes up with a big brain play. Why did you fall for him anyway?"
"Well with the whole new student thing, I was used to those pricks who messed with him. Like yeah, I see his flags, but deep down, he's just an insecure guy who'll support the person who cares for the most." She sighed. "I just wasn't that girl."
"Hey, you didn't deserve that. In his ideal world, the three of us are still friends, but they're dating instead of me and her."
"Wanna start dating to get back at him?"
" I don't want to use you."
"Let's just get away from this drama. My sister told me about what happened to you. And you won't drive me crazy like he does."
He couldn't stop himself from laughing, taking her hand. "Alright, let's go. We have to make sure you pass gym tomorrow.
She groaned. "I'm gonna fail!"
"Just like our love life," getting them both to snicker.
