Kali was immediately on her feet. "Let's go."

"Slow your roll," Wednesday demanded. "It's already getting late, and you're still healing from a concussion."

Kali reluctantly sat back down. "Fine."

"How did you find him?" Enid asked as she scooted across the bed to sit next to Kali.

"The internet." Wednesday crossed her arms. Enid gave her an annoyed look. "There are 42 med schools in Germany, his name was taken from the 38th. He's a normie with an obsession with outcasts and how they have their powers. Bastian Hoffman was a bit harder to find a picture of, but once I did I knew it was him. Then I just did a little light online stalking. His lives in a small apartment in LA now, so we can assume the organization's new hideout is somewhere there as well."

"Wow, great job, Wednesday," Enid complimented.

"So when can we go confront him?" Kali asked. That was the only part she really cared about. They were finally so close to finding Rhea.

"Tomorrow is Sunday and an exact week after you gave yourself a concussion," Wednesday answered. "Concussions, on average, take approximately seven to ten days to recover from. So depending on how you are tomorrow, we can go then."

Kali nodded once. "Okay, deal."

"Now on to your guys new development." Wednesday began to look between the two. Enid was blushing, but Kali was just staring with a blank expression. "Honestly, I'm happy you've finally got together. Watching Enid pine was painful."

"Hey!"

Wednesday continued like Enid hadn't said anything. "I only ask of one thing. Take it slow." She looked at Kali. "It's no secret you're not mentally stable." Kali pouted. "Top on the fact that you've never experienced a relationship before, dating might be stressful for you at times. So take it slow. Enid will help you understand how relationships work, and she can help you understand your new feelings of love and arousal. But don't rush into being intimate." She turned to Enid. "Once the full moon passes, I expect you to start keeping it in your pants." Enid's face was beet red as she nodded rapidly. "You can make out as you've clearly already done, and I suppose the occasional hickey is okay. But nothing more. And not when I'm in the room. And this isn't about me being overprotective or controlling. I simply don't want to see either of you get hurt when you both clearly love each other. So I will repeat it for the third time in hopes you get the message; take it slow. Okay?"

"Sure thing," Enid quickly agreed. She didn't want Wednesday to be mad at her again, and she knew she had a point. With Kali's trauma, it's definitely important to ease her into all these new experiences.

"Okay," Kali agreed too. "Just one question." Wednesday nodded once telling her to continue. "What's arousal? And what does being intimate mean?"

Wednesday turned and began walking to her side of the room. "All yours, Enid."

Kali turned to Enid innocently with slightly widened eyes and small waiting smile on her lips. Enid thought she looked absolutely adorable. She leaned over and kissed her nose. "You're cute."

Kali blushed a little. "Can I be cute while you answer my questions?"

Enid gave a mix of a sigh and a small laugh. She really didn't want to have to explain this. "Um...arousal is that feeling you get down here," she gestured to her own lower abdomen and groin area, "when I'm kissing your neck."

"Oh," she stretched the word. "So that's what it was. I was wondering what that heat was. And what about being intimate?"

"It's just another word for sex."
