"But she caught me on the counter"
"It wasn't me"

"Saw me banging on the sofa"
"It wasn't me"

"I even had her in the shower"
"It wasn't me"

"She even caught me on camera"
"It was-"
"Hey!" me and Mom shouted at Ginny in unison.

"Isn't this a little inappropriate for a nine-year-old?" she questioned.

"Oh please Ginny, he doesn't understand this, right Austin?" I asked him. "Yeah, I do. It's about doing it on the bathroom flo-" I put my hand over his mouth before he could finish his sentence.
"Go back to your Harry Potter game kid."

Ginny pulled into a gas station and while mom was in the store, Ginny was filling up the car. An officer pulls up and eyes us suspiciously. Definitely, because there is a little white boy with two teenage black girls. When he parked he started walking over to us as mom was coming back over.

Before I could say anything that could get me arrested Mom already and he walked past us.

"Was that racist? That was racist, right?" Ginny said not wanting to believe it.

Yeah, we ain't leaving that bullshit in the South." I told her with an annoyed expression on my face." Also, what was with you? 'Hi, Mr. Officer'" I asked her. "Yeah, you sound like bad porn," Ginny added just what I was thinking.

I don't know, maybe it was some sort of twin telepathy shit.

"I could use a good pat down."

"Gross," me and Ginny responded simultaneously

"Seriously, just gross," I said as I hid in the back seat.

"Scarring. I'm scarred," she added.

*Time Skip*

"It looks like Paul Revere boned a spice latte," Ginny commented.

"Even the politicians are good-looking. He looks like a young JFK," Mom added and I chuckled looking over the town.

"I'm picking the biggest bedroom," Austin cheered.

"As if you little turd, come here," I yelled.

Austin got the room first so I went to the next best one. It had a clear view of our neighbor's window.

I went outside to get more boxes and I saw a mom yelling at her, rather attractive, son. He looked high as a fucking kite.

It seemed to be the end of an argument.

"You are grounded," the mom said angrily. I could've sworn smoke was coming out of her ears. "ACKNOWLEDGE ME DAMMIT!"

"I could get a piece of that," I muttered to myself. "What?" Mom asked. "Nothing," I said grinning like a madman.

I turned my head when she screamed. Mom waved and I did a little salute.

As I was sitting in my room on my laptop I heard something from my window. I get up and see the Baker boy climbing out his window.

He turns to my window and he salutes so I salute back. He chuckles and skates away. I just smile to myself.

Ginny comes into my room and asks me what I'm doing. Before I could respond Mom came barging into my room with matching sweaters.

"Gross," Ginny says.

"Totally, but I thought y'all could wear 'em to school tomorrow," mom responds. I just look at her... highly disturbed.

"I won't be white and bougie even in a cable knit sweater. And definitely not matching with my twin sister at 15," Ginny says disgusted. I start to say something showing I'm offended but realize she's right.

"That's valid," I say to Ginny.

Ginny just rolls her eyes and plays with a Rubix cube on my shelf.

"That's what we're doing now? Hate on mom?" She questions. "Come on, this isn't us. We're  like the Gilmore Girls but with bigger boobs."

I just look up from my laptop smile and shake my head.

"Before this argument goes any farther go into Ginny's room. I'm tired." I say as I close my laptop.

"Night peach," Mom says as she kisses my forehead and walks out.

I still can kinda hear them as they walk out until they are far enough to where it is silence and I am knocked out.

This is going to turn Everything around, isn't it?
