Summary; Liam's too scared to ask Theo out.

'Mase, this is the worst idea! I can't ask him out.' Liam whisper-yelled as he hid behind a wall of the school's building. Mason stood next to him, fed up with Liam dreading to ask Theo out..

'Why not?!' Mason asked.

'Because!' Liam started in exaggerated tone. 'He probably doesn't even like me.' 

'Dude, are you fucking serious right now?' Mason said, Liam turned around, shrugging while he nodded. 'He constantly stares at you, and when you catch him staring at you, you stare back at him for way too long to be just friends. Oh, and whenever he can he makes excuses to touch your arm, he winks at you, constantly smiles, and we both know that he only smiles at you! This motherfucker is obsessed with you.' 

'No, he's not!' 

'Okay, than why does he come to every one of your lacrosse practices and games?' 

'Because he's a good friend?' Liam questioned, more than stated. 

'If you say so, but my gay radar says otherwise.'

'Your what?' Liam asked. Mason ignored the question and shoved Liam from behind their hiding spot.

'Look, there he comes. Ask him out!' Mason almost yelled.

Liam stumbled forward and almost fell to the ground. He was waiting for the hit of asphalt to come, but it never did, so he opened his eyes again and saw that he was saved by none other than Theo. Liam blushed as he looked up. He quickly cleared his throat and stood up straight.

'I- eh, sorry.' Liam muttered, looking at the ground he almost hit his nose on.

'Are... are you okay?' Theo asked insecurely. Way too insecure for him, to be fair. He was to most popular guy in the fucking school!

'Y-yeah.' Liam stuttered. Still staring at the boy in front of him.

'Did you need anything else?' Theo asked once he noticed that the younger boy was still staring.

'Eh, yes- I mean no, I mean- ' Liam sighed. Theo looked confused. 'I just- this is gonna sound incredibly stupid and you're probably gonna answer with no, but-'

'If you're not asking it, then I don't know if I'm gonna answer with no.' Theo smirked at the insecure boy in front of him.

'Okay, yeah, sorry, but I was gonna ask-' Liam was interfered by his best friend; 

'He wants to know if you would like to go for a drink with him sometime.' Liam glared at Mason, who stood next to him, wrapping an arm around his shoulder. 'What?' Masona sked innocently. Theo was amused by the two. 'It took you way too long.' The boy next to him rolled his eyes.

'As in... like a date?' The popular boy asked with a smirk.

'Yes.' Mason replied.

'No.' Liam said at the exact same time Mason said yes. Mason turned to look at his friend and than turned to Theo. The guy looked confused.

'Yes.' Mason said. Theo's smirk grew wider.

'Sure. Pick you up at 8, Saturday.' Theo said with confidence. Liam looked shocked as he watched the guy walk away.
