"Well, dumbass?! Aren't you gonna explain yourself?" I asked this guy, placing my hands on my hips.

I was walking toward the stores to get a drink when I saw this random guy standing in the middle of the street. I realized he was one of Stan's friends, so I was gonna make him tell me where he is, and the nearer I came to him, the sooner I realized it looked like he was gonna get hit by a truck.

"I-uh- I—"

OMG. No...Was he standing in the street to get hit on purpose?! Is he...

I gasped and immediately pulled him into a hug. He seemed completely surprised and tensed up.

"This isn't the answer man! There are people who care for you! Not me, because I don't know who the fuck you are, but I'm sure there are people who care! We can get you help—"

"Woah, woah, woah! I'm not suicidal, it's okay!" He pulled me away from him, placing his hands on my shoulders. Looking at his hands I realized he was only wearing one glove. I looked back at him, getting a better look at his face.

He has messy medium-length blonde hair, light blue eyes, light freckles, and few bandages on his face. Looks like he gets hurt a lot... He's actually pretty hot. Who is this guy? Why haven't I seen him before?

"Oh, good," I said with a smile. He looked at me all focused, and I simply stared back as he stared at me. This went on for like a whole minute.

"—Oop, you blinked, I win!" I broke the silence. He shook his head and realized what he was doing.

"S-sorry! Fuck, was I just staring at you that whole time?"

"Oh? I thought we were having a staring contest while you awkwardly hold my shoulders?" I tilted my head and looked at him in confusion. He pulled his hands away.

"Sorry! I just, you're so pretty, I think I—"

"Got lost in my eyes? Heard it a million times bud, it's not gonna work."

"I uh... Uhm, well thank you for saving my life, is there anything I can do to make it up to you?" He rubbed the back of his neck sheepishly and stared away from me.

"Yeah, take me to your friend Stan's house. I need to talk to him." I said sinisterly.

"Can't do that." He said quickly.

"Why not?"

"Because you're gonna try to kick his ass?"

"What makes you say that?!"

"You were walking around the school hall with a metal bat yelling his name threateningly?" He said.

"Oh, you heard that?"

"Heard, and saw." He confirmed.

"Well, I was just bringing that bat over to the P.E. equipment closet, the coach asked me to! I swear it was a coincidence!" I explained. It really was a coincidence! As I was walking around looking for Stan, the baseball coach wanted me to drop the bat off to the gym teacher in the equipment room!

"Are you being honest?"

"Why wouldn't I?! C'mon man, I just saved your life! This is the least you can do!" I said, totally not blackmailing him.

He rolled his eyes, "Fine!"

Wooh! I always get my way! We started to walk in the direction of the neighborhoods, but as we did we passed a few stores. This guy walking beside me was pretty quiet. He didn't say anything to me, hell, I don't even know his name. Today was the first time I've ever seen him. I saw him in the hall with Stan before he ran away from me.
