"Stayin alive!♪ Stayin alive!♪ Oh! Oh! Oh! Oh! STAYIN ALIVEE!~♫" (Y/n) sang, as she moved Concrete's paws in dancing motions. Concrete allowed her to do as she pleased, and slowly blinked at her while purring.
It was the day after (Y/n) woke up. Yesterday, parents spent the whole day with her, catching her up on everything that had happened. They were overjoyed to see that she had finally risen from her coma. By the end of the night, they tried taking Concrete back, but he dug his claws into (Y/n)'s bed, and refused to leave. In the end, they ended up bribing the staff to let him stay with her, and to feed Concrete 1 can of cat food a day, splitting it into two meals.
After the doctors checked on (Y/n)'s condition, they decided she was in perfect health, but wanted to keep her there for another month. This was so she could undergo physical therapy to get used to walking again, and other physical tasks.
Her parents also told her that she wouldn't have to worry about any further school work, and is expected to graduate, despite missing a lot of school. A part of her knew it was mostly because of that favor she did for Mr. Mackey and the school staff, the day she got caught in the accident.
There was a knock at the door, and immediately, the girls rushed in with smiles, spread across their faces.
"(Y/n)!" Wendy first shouted, scurrying over to her side. (Y/n) dropped Concrete in her lap and he leaped off of her bed, and hid in his crate. He poked his head out and watched (Y/n). Concrete was normally really friendly with people, but he wasn't a fan of big groups.
"Hiiiiyyaa Wendy! Did you guys miss me?" (Y/n) asked cheerily.
Heidi broke into tears, and leaned over, hugging (Y/n) close, "So much more than you realize!"
The other girls immediately started crying, and (Y/n) could feel herself become teary-eyed as well. "Aww cmon guys, don't cry, or else I'll start crying!" (Y/n) laughed slightly.
"We just... we missed you so much! When you were gone, everything felt off, it was so obvious we were missing something!" Nichole said.
"Y-Yeah! All the weird jokes you'd make, and the stupid things you'd say... all of that disappeared when you left us!" Bebe said.
"Aw, c'mon, it wasn't that bad without me," (Y/n) said, wiping her tears.
"You don't know the half of it (Y/n)! We missed talking to you on the phone, going to lunches together, hearing you diss our boyfriends! All of it!" Wendy said.
"Ooh, something tells me there's some drama I missed out on while I was out," (Y/n) snickered.
"Where do we even begin?!" Wendy groaned.
"Uh... to be honest there's been something I've had a bit of trouble with too..." Bebe said. All the girls turned to look at her aswell,
"Boy troubles?" (Y/n) questioned. She nodded, and just as she was about to spill the gossip, there was a knock at the door. A nurse appeared with a clipboard,
"I'm sorry ladies, I have to work out a physical therapy schedule with (Y/n), do you guys mind coming by later or another day?"
"Yeah of course," Nichole said to the nurse. The girls all seemed sad they had to leave (Y/n) so soon, but knew it was for the best. They all said their farewells and told her they'd come visit the next day.
Before they left, Wendy gave (Y/n) her phone, "I dropped by your house for this," She smiled.
(Y/n) gasped, "Sweet!"
Wendy smiled at her, "See you soon!"
"Yknow it! Hopefully when I sleep tonight I won't go back into a coma!" (Y/n) joked.
