16 years ago, there was the Cold War. For three years, the war between Wind and Ice continues. Until there was a new Wind herald born. (In this au, heralds are chosen from birth.) So the two realms agreed that if one of the heralds gives up their position, the war would continue. They never knew what chaos this would cause (Well, technically, they did lol).
