Ch-17 | Roof uptied

Heeseung POV

We were outside the campus and the tension between Jake and Jay was tensed sooner or later I knew they were going to argue

"woah what's with those girls over there?" Sunoo says pointing at two group of girls and some banners

"did I actually read it correctly?" Jungwon asked us with an awkward silence taking in for a moment

"Team Jay and Team Niki wives?" I mumbled, the six of us were standing there dumb founded

"why did you have to talk with those losers?" Jay says glaring at Jake

"you got a problem? I can talk with whoever I want" Jake says raising his voice

"stop being such a bitch" Jay looks at him in annoyance

"me a bitch? you are the one who's being a bitch its not even a week since you transferred here you can't just order me not to do shit" Jake says in anger

"what did you say huh? all you did was get distracted the whole match" Jay says pulling him by his uniform shirt

"you really think the whole world revolves around you?" Jake says about to give him a punch

"stop this drama both of you" I said pulling them away from each other

"well he needs to stop being such a bitch" Jake says walking away from us

"come back here" Jay yells surprising the students around us

"enough okay? friends don't argue especially for talking with someone" i tried to calm him down, the thing was I sucked at giving advices

"then he should stop talking with people i don't like" Jay says mumbling jerk while glaring at the ground

"he's not in a good mood today just don't bring up this shit anymore" Jungwon says to Jay

"I'll go check on him" i said running towards Jake

"I'm going to the rooftop don't come looking for me" Jay says walking away to wherever I didn't bother to look back

I spotted Jake sitting below a tree  slightly caressing his bruise and smiling over a bottle of milkshake, I wonder what goes on this mind all day

"Jake you kay?" I asked him sitting next to him

"I don't know I just don't like how Jay looks down at Niki why does he hate him anyways? because he is a better gamer tha him?" Jake says with a sigh

"you wouldn't like someone who is better than you in something you are good at would you?" I asked him

"no i would try to take advices from them not go around bullying them" Jake says

"okay fine what's with you and the milkshake?" I asked him, since he kept smiling over it

"he gave me" Jake says lowering his head to hide his slight blush

"aish this boy take it slow" i slightly punched him laughing at him

"they don't know about this right?" Jake asked me

"why would I tell anyone about it?you don't trust me?" I said to him

"I do just i don't think anyone would accept it especially Jay" Jake says to me, it really would be hard to convince Jay in being nice with Niki

"he will understand" i assured him

We just sat there peacefully looking at the surroundings ignoring the fact that we had to submit some missing assignments before the break ends.

Jay POV

"why is everyone such a bitch here" i stormed up the the rooftop only to find a guy facing towards the edge of the building

"have you ever tried recalling how you talk with people?" the voice sounded too familiar

"the fuck are you doing here?" I asked annoyed

"you don't own the university i can stay wherever I want" Niki says facing me

"then why do I keep running into you?there are thousands of people here" i questioned him

"i always come up here it's not like I want to see you on purpose it's you who should stop running into me" he says walking towards me

"what do you want now? everyone is already trolling your group in social media after last night" I asked him with a smirk

"it's because they don't know what's happening inside, who is doing the dirty work to win" he says glaring at me

"even if I did you don't even have any proof against me" my smirk grew bigger every second, i had already admitted that I was a psychopath someone who is so desperate to win and hate my competitor I was completely ruined by the thought of winning

"I doubt it" he says with a grind

"keep whatever you doubt about me to yourself" i said to him

"now please leave i don't want you ruining my day" he rolls his eyes, cute i thought what? I swear my brain was not braining

"what?you never saw me?" he says to me making me realise I was staring at him shit Jay what's wrong with you

"you look so petty i couldn't resist" i said to me automatically I have no idea what words were coming out from my mouth

"ataoka" he says looking at me

"I understood what you said there loser I'm not crazy" i yelled at him, i don't even know if it was in annoyance my anger level had drained down

"thank God you understand Japanese" he says walking down from the rooftop

"Tf you going?" I yelled at him

"anywhere away from you baka" he says to me showing me his middle finger

"Bitch come back here" i yelled at him but he was out of earshot I just gave up and walked towards the edge of the building, I think i spotted Jake and Heeseung talking with each other maybe i should apologise to him friends should not argue over silly things but i knew university just got tough for me because I needed to compete with top students in my class or else my dad would beat me up again because his son needs to be PERFECT to the world
