"Um... sure." Sunghoon says, meeting his eyes.

"Thanks. I have a headache this morning, and my usual crowd is being kind of loud."

Sunghoon looks over at Heeseung, who smirks.

"It's loud everywhere though?" Heeseung says with a gentle laugh.

"Yeah but you two are always sleeping so it must be quietest here." Jay says behind his mask. His eyes move from Heeseung to Sunghoon, and then back again.

"Do I know you?" Jay asks.

"Um..." Heeseung looks at him for several seconds and then looks away, focusing his attention on his notebook.

"No. We don't know each other." Heeseung says. It sounds bitter to Sunghoon, but he doesn't question it. There was something there though. Heeseung had told him they had been something like friends two years ago, and now he's saying they didn't know each other.

Sunghoon leans towards Heeseung a little more, creating more space between himself and Jay. Jay puts his head down and closes his eyes. His face is facing Sunghoon and Heeseung, and with his hair gelled back, Sunghoon can clearly see his eyes. He tries his best not to stare and looks over at Heeseung instead.

"Are you okay with him sitting here? We can always move." Sunghoon whispers. Heeseung shakes his head.

"I'm fine, it's you I'm worried about. You're the one that glares at him everyday." Heeseung scoffs, his smirk reveals his perfect teeth. It causes Sunghoon to smile back.

"I don't know if he's actually going to sleep, or if he's going to try to talk to me... so I'm just going to lay my head down too." Sunghoon whispers. Heeseung nods and they both put their heads down, facing each other.

Sunghoon smiles again. Heeseung looks small and innocent in his eyes. Like someone he needs to protect. He reaches his hands towards his hair and Heeseung closes his eyes as Sunghoon moves his hair around in front of his face. Sunghoon moves it until his bruise is covered once again. His other eye still peaks out and meets Sunghoon's.
