Milan

"Are you...going to fire me? Because it's not like I kissed myself." I argued, he stacked papers on his desk, before taking a seat, reaching his hand out to a chair. I sat down, feeling more nervous than I did this morning. He looked at me for a second, as of deciding the words he was going to say to me.

"You're right. I just wanted you to know that it was a...drunken mistake." He looked down, fiddling with a ring on his finger.

Without thinking I asked him: "Where did you get that ring?" His eyes widened, only for a moment though, before his normal face came back. This conversation felt awkward.

"I can't remember." He smiled, it was a painful smile. "I rearranged a date with Lee Kwan. It's this weekend."

"I don't want to go with him." I rubbed my palms against my dress. It was true. I didn't want to know what being with Lee Kwan would be like.

"What?" He chuckled, surprised. "You put up such a fight not too long ago." He smiled.

I hadn't felt this when I met Lee Kwan. This instant attraction that I do with Dak-Ho. He made my heart beat faster, my palms sweat, he made me nervous.

"I wasn't drunk." I muttered. "When we kissed, I wasn't drunk." I bowed slightly, walking out.

Fuck me. Why would I say that.

I wasn't sure how I felt about him. I wasn't sure how he felt about me. I wasn't sure about anything.

"Kang Dak-Ho's office, how may I direct your call?" I picked up the phone, letting a familiar voice answer.

"Can I get Milan on the phone?" Lee Kwan chuckled. I hesitated, wondering if I should just hang up.

"Hey..." I responded.

"Dak-Ho told me about everything. How he wouldn't let you leave work and all. But we have a retry this weekend." I could hear his sigh over the phone.

"About that...I don't think we're a good fit. I'm just not in the right place right now for a relationship." It was quiet for a moment.

"Did you get what I sent you?" I remember the mail.

"Where did you get that from?"

"Do you not remember?"

"I know. What does that have to do with you? Were you perhaps the person..."

"Hell no. But I know who it was. And frankly, you would be surprised."

"Who..." I got quiet for a moment. Thinking about it. Getting stalked was one thing, but now it felt like my emotions were being toyed with.

"Kang Dak-Ho has secrets." He spoke. "I just wish you had picked the right side to be on." The phone hung up, leaving me with questions.

This shit was getting tiring.

Kang Dak-Ho

She liked me. Like really liked me. I shifted, adjusted my cock. I leaned back in my chair, fidgeting with the ring on my finger.

I looked at her, she had been on the work phone for a while. I beeped in on the conversation.

Did you get what I sent you?" Lee Kwan's voice resonated in my ears.

"Where did you get that from?"

"Do you not remember?"

"I know. What does that have to do with you? Were you perhaps the person..." This confirms that she remembers how we first met. But she doesn't know it's me.

"Hell no. But I know who it was. And frankly, you would be surprised."

"Who..." I swallowed, wondering what he would say next.

"Kang Dak-Ho has secrets." He spoke. "I just wished you had picked the right side to be on." My brows furrowed. What package has she gotten? When I looked up, we had both been looking at each other. I pulled up the work chat on my computer.

KD: Hey, do you have time after work. I want to go get drinks but not look like a lonely Corp guy. 🥲

MH: Sure, will this be included in overtime pay?

I grinned.

KD: I will pay for whatever you order.

MH: deal 🤝

KD: see you at seven then.

I watched her lean back, seemingly sighing contently. My phone vibrated, making me look down.

It was her again.

B: I miss you... 😏

KD: I told you not to contact me again.

B: I can show you a better time then anyone else my love

KD: Bree. Your just a stripper that I had fun with once. Don't cross the line.

I turned my phone on Do not Disturb, looking back at Milan. She was gorgeous.

Bree was a stripper who I had used once to take my mind off Milan. They looked so alike. I was drunk when I gave her my number, worse mistake ever.

I looked down, I was hard again.

The second the clock hit 6, I stood up, packing my stuff up and heading out my office. Milan had still been typing once I got out.

"I have one more email to send, give me a second." I sat back in one of the waiting chairs. Watching her work was a new kind of turn-on.

"You have really nice hands." She looked up, smirking.

"That's so random, thank you." She continued to type away.

"Shit, it's raining." I looked down at her, she looked amazing.

"I would say run through it but it might ruin my hair." She sucked her teeth. I looked out, seeing my car not far from here.

"Come here." She looked up, cocking her head to the side.

I took off my jacket, wrapping my arms around her and putting the jacket over, we shuffled awkwardly towards my car, laughing like school girls. "I can't breathe!" She chuckled, but wrapped herself around me.

I opened the car door, placing her inside. Then ran to my side, jumping in the car.

"Your hair got a little wet." She said sarcastically, as if I wasn't drenched.

I smirked. This was a scenario I could only dream about, and finally it was here.

"Ramen and beer?" I questioned, she smiled, looking at herself in the rear-view.

"Ramen and beer."
