Bill's POV
I woke up and heard the birds chirping outside. I yawned softly and looked for Y/N. She ended up being in my arms. I blushed softly and just decided to relax. The group needs a day to relax after yesterday. I closed my eyes and just laid there with her in my arms. It felt like I was protecting someone. Like I should've done with Georgie. I heard a small shuffle and slightly opened my eyes. I then heard a soft yawn. After I felt her head closer to my chest. We just laid there, quiet, comfortable.

I then heard a knock at my door, "kids, breakfast."

I sighed, since I was comfortable where I was. I opened my eyes more and looked at Y/N, she was looking back at me with a smile.

"We should probably go have breakfast, Billy. I know we're both comfortable but still."

I sighed softly, "t-t-true. I-It'll p-probably be pancakes."

"Ooh pancakes? That sounds good. Come on," she said standing up and grabbing my hand.

"Oh alright," I said with a smile and walked downstairs with her.

"Hi you two," Mrs. Denbrough said, "I made some pancakes, eggs, bacon, and have some orange juice. If you want toast I can easily make that too."

"You're too much," Y/N giggled.

"Well I want people to be fed in this household. Kids shouldn't be eating just snacks."

"Yeah, kids seem to be eating more of those more and more these days," Mr. Denbrough said grabbing his coffee and sitting down.

"Good morning, Mr. Denbrough," Y/N said.

"You can call me Zack," he said. I looked in shock since he doesn't seem to allow my friends to call him by his first name.

"Oh and you can call me Sharon, Y/N," my mom said sitting down. This was weird.

Y/N's POV
"Thank you, Zack and Sharon. I appreciate all the hospitality."

"No problem, sweetie," Sharon said.

"S-So anything n-new w-with w-w-work, dad?"

"No, nothing new," he said as he opened this morning's paper.

I shrugged and ate some eggs. Bill looked slightly annoyed and ate his pancakes. We all just sat there eating breakfast when Zack spoke up.

"I was thinking that after breakfast, we drop you off at home, Y/N," he said.

"Who's gonna take my bike back? Didn't you guys say you didn't have a bike jack?"

"Oh we were thinking Bill would ride it back," Sharon said, "we need to do some grocery shopping today and want to take him with us."

"You make it sound like he's in trouble," I said to her.

Bill somewhat shot up and looked at them, "I-I'm not i-i-in t-trouble, am I-I-I?!"

"No, you're not," Zack said looking at Bill. I looked in confusion but shook the thought away and finished my breakfast.

"O-Okay."

We all finished our breakfast and I sat on the couch as Bill went up to change. I leaned onto the side and sighed out of boredom.

"Don't worry, he won't take too long," Sharon said, walking in and sitting on the chair.

"O-Oh, I'm sorry if I seemed bored or something. I'm just kind of worried of what my mom's gonna think about me having all my limbs having bruises and cuts."

"She's going to worry. That's a mother's job. I'm not sure how else she'll feel about it."

I smiled at her comforting words and heard the stairs slightly creak. I saw Bill walk into the living room with his dad a bit behind him.

"You guys ready," Zack said.

Sharon and I nodded and we all walked outside. Bill went and grabbed my bike as the rest of us got into the car. I told them my address and we were off. I smiled softly while thinking about what happened earlier this morning. We got to my house and I thanked Zach and Sharon as I got out. I grabbed my bike from Bill and smiled at him.

"Thanks Bill. For everything."

"N-N-No problem," he said then smiled, "s-see you l-l-later."

I nodded and he got into his parent's car. I turned towards my house and put my bike on the side. I then went inside and heard the car pull away. Once when I walked inside, I heard my parents call for me. They rushed to me and started asking multiple questions and then looked at me, actually observing me.

"What happened," my mom asked.

"I ran into Henry Bowers yesterday while out with friends and he scuffed me up pretty bad. My friend Bill took me back to his house to get gauze on me and I felt woozy while there so his mom said it was best to stay over," I told them.

"Well at least they didn't kick you out," my dad joked.

My mom glared at him for a second and then looked back at me, "well he dressed the wounds fairly well but we should change them. It looks like the blood might have bled through a few layers of it."

I nodded and we went to the bathroom. My mom took off the gauze and looked at the wounds and bruises. She sighed and brought out her kit. She put isopropyl alcohol on them and then dressed them, just like Bill did. She just did it better, since she's a nurse and all.

"Thanks mom," I said.

"Don't thank me yet. We need to get some things from the drugstore for you since you've got all of your limbs practically covered in cuts. Also what happened to your clothes? Your dad said you went out in your dinosaur outfit."

"I did but they got damaged beyond repair."

"That Bowers kid really got you fucked up," my dad said.

"Honey, language!"

It's true," he said, "I'll have to have a talk with his father when I'm at work later."

"You don't have to dad."

"He's gonna do it anyways," mom said, "now get changed into something else and I'll take you to the drugstore."

"Okay mom," I said then ran to my room to throw something on. I grabbed a flower shirt and shorts then went back to my mom.

"I'm ready."
