The car between the earth

Chapter 2

Carlos' shift had been very boring he had only been doing paperwork all morning because he made the dumb mistake to leave all his paperwork for a Monday so he had to get that done before he could go on patrol.

He was just about done with his last report when Mitchell came busting out of the break room and running over to him

"Hey Reyes we've got to go there was a serious accident reported off of Mo Pac!" She said breathlessly

Carlos had to proses what was being said to him before he jumped up out of his seat and him and Mitchell made a Be-line to the cop car.

TK woke up the screeching sound of sirens coming from somewhere he wasn't sure of not being fully aware as to where he was he lifted his head off the steering wheel and tried to look around but when he tried to turn his head he was hit with a wave of pain that had him seeing black dots again.

TK felt something wet on his stomach so he lowered his head slowly so he was looking down and he saw his low abdomen covered in blood.

"Shit" more aware of what was happening he quickly looked around for his phone ignoring the pain in his head.

He was looking around for a good minute before giving up and resting his head against the steering wheel.

Then all of the sudden the world started spinning and his vision was going in and out he was about to close his eyes when he heard someone yell his name.

As Carlos and Mitchell were pulling up to the scene Carlos felt his heart drop when he recognized the car involved.

It was TK's car..

As soon as the police car came to a stop Carlos jumped out and ran straight to TK's car screaming him name.

"TK!!"

Carlos didn't know if TK was awake or unconscious but he had an idea that he might be unconscious so to the fact his head was resting on the steering wheel and he was unnaturally still.

As Carlos got up to the car he breathed a sigh of relief when he saw TK blinking back up at him.

"Hey baby couldn't keep your self out of trouble on your day off huh" Carlos said as he did a scan of TK to see how bad is injuries were.

"S-sorry" TK breathed as his eyes started to close.

"Hey hey it's ok but I need you to keep your eyes open for me ok?" Carlos said.

"T-trying" TK said as he opened his eyes just barely.

"That's all I can ask for" Carlos said as he started looking over the car to see if there was any way to get TK out because the door was definitely stuck.

Carlos could hear more sirens in the distance but TK was getting worse by the minute..

"Hey love open your eyes you can't fall asleep just yet." Carlos said softly as he poked TK's cheek

"Tired" TK said without making any move to open his eyes

"I know you are love but help is almost here you just have to hang on a little bit longer you can do it TK open your eyes ok?" Carlos said as he started pulling on the door to try and get it unjammed.

We'll Carlos was doing that he didn't realize that TK never answered him

"TK?"

"TK!?"
