Madra comforted me and rubbed my back as I got sick again. I slowly looked up at him. "I'm late." I said quietly. Madra looked confused.

"Late for what?"
"My time of the month...It's late." I said in a quiet whisper.

"Oh." Was all Madara responded. And he looked off into the distance saying nothing as several minutes passed by.
"Whatever happens, I will always be here for you. You know that, right?" He gave a warm comforting smile.
I smiled, nervously and nodded.
"And, just because your late doesn't mean your with child. You have been under a lot of stress lately. Maybe it will come in a couple days. Try not to worry about it. I'm sure everything will be okay." Madara reassured me, and I let out a sigh of relief. Maybe, I was stressed and worried sick over nothing. Maybe, I just had a stomach bug. Madara was the voice of reason and for now I felt better.

"Let's go back to sleep. We can talk about it in the morning" Madara said as I nodded in agreement and slowly walked back to our futon and climbed in, Madara following slowly behind me.

Morning came and I had to head back to the office to do hokages work. I felt so sick. I threw up many times that morning, I felt so nauseated not to mention I had to make various stops behind trees in the village to get sick, which caused citizens to raise a brow.

I made my way back to the office eventually but..... Tobirama noticed immediately something was wrong.

"Why do you look like that?" He raised a brow.

"Look like what? Like a human?" I giggled and tried to hide my feelings of strong nausea.

"You sick or somthin?" He looked at me dropping a large stack of papers on my desk.

"Uhhh yeah.....sick of you... now go" I scoffed before grabbing a paper and signing my name on it.

After a few days, the nausea still consisted and I sighed, I knew I was pregnant, and I needed to tell Madara. So I asked him to meet up with me at the botanical garden under the cherry blossoms the next morning.

So when the next day came and  I met up with  Madara, I told him.

"Your going to be a dad" I said with a nervous smile.

"Oh......" he seemed stunned but not too stunned as a few days ago he kinda suspected I was.

"Well I wouldn't mind a mini me running around, after the war our clan his been low, so I'm actually quite happy about it." He gave off his sweet warm smile he barely showed.

As I talked to him I noticed a shadow behind a tree, almost as if someone was watching. And when I looked over Madara's shoulder to see who It was and I heard the sound foot steps of someone running off.

"Did you hear that Madara?" I asked softly looking into his eyes.

"It's probably just a squirrel" he smiled softly as we held hand in hand through the garden, to the hokages office.

"No its a person! I saw a shadow." I argued. "Sweet heart, its fine. Your probably over thinking it." He said softly as he tried to feel for chakra in the air.

The next morning I was sipping ginger tea my brother, Hashirama, made me to help with the nausea. I told him to that I was expecting and he was happy, along with Tobirama who seemed to actually take it well.

Then I jumped in surprise by a stern knock on the door.....

"Can you get it? I'm busy with dishes right now." Hashirama asked softly.

"Of course elder brother I can do that." I said sweetly getting up to answer it. It was one of the elder woman and she seemed very...serious and stern?

"Throw on your outdoor shoes and walk with me. We are going out for tea to talk." The elder with white hair, in a low bun and in her mid 90's said sternly.

"What's going on? Is it about the village? I'm so confused" I said as I walked behind her as we went down the old dirt path of pebbles.

"Oh this effects the entire village. Have you met my grandson Ichiro yet?" She looked me dead in the eyes as we both stopped walking.

I remembered the name clearly from my childhood. I dreaded playing with him. He was always rude, selfish, and arrogant. He thought he was better than the rest of us and treated us as if we where his servants.

He would throw tantrums if he didn't get his way. He was an only child raised by parents who didn't know how to tell him 'no', and it was clear he felt entitled because his family was very wealthy.

One memory of him I had, stood out above the rest.

I was out with my twin brother, Hashirama. We where picking wild flowers when we where 7 as our mother was about to give birth to Itama, our youngest brother.

I remembered he ran up to me on my way home, as Hashirama and I were skipping on our way home to give the flowers to our mother.  "Where did you find those flowers?" He demanded to know.  "We picked them in the far field" I answered truthfully.

"Well, I want them!" Ichiro demanded.  "They're different from the flowers around here. Give them to me!".  I clutched the flowers to my chest, wanting so badly to surprise my mother with them.  "No!" I answered.  "You can pick your own!" Hashirama said agreeing with me.  Ichiro, became angry and his cheeks turned red.  He wasn't used to being told no.  He wasn't used to doing any work- even picking flowers.

Ichiro, wasn't taking no for an answer.  "Don't you know who I am?! My family has money and respect! I'm from the Uzumaki clan!"  I took a step back as Ichiro lunged forward and grabbed a handful of the beautiful flowers.  "Stop!" I screamed, but he ripped them from my arms and began stomping on them.  "Keep your stupid flowers!  I don't want them anymore." He shouted with a smug smile and laughed as he walked away and left my flowers crushed flat on the ground at my feet.  Tears of anger overwhelmed me.  "It's ok." Hashirama said trying to console me.  "We will go back and pick better ones."

The cold morning breeze brought me back from my memory...I looked at the elderly woman with me.  "Yes, I remember him." I said respectfully.  "Why do you ask?" I questioned her, but she didn't answer.

Finally we arrived to her home at the Uzumaki residence.  "Come inside." She said plainly.

As I walked inside, I immediately noticed several very important elders sitting.  All of them looked up at me at once and I felt very uncomfortable.  This was more than tea...This was an intervention of some kind...This felt wrong.

Something was very wrong....
