After making Willie comfortable, Ruby walked out of the guest room, meeting up with Mal and Uma. The two girls sat at the table, eating a slice of Jane's forgotten birthday cake.
"Enjoying the cake?" Ruby asked, making the girls laugh.
"This stuff is delicious," Uma said, and Ruby smiled.
"Glad you like it. Maybe you can enjoy it some more one day." Ruby said and noticed Amal's face dropped a little, making her confused.
Before Uma or Mal could say anything, a loud bang was heard outside of the castle. Ruby and the girls jumped at the sound, making Uma and Mal stand up.
"Celia," Ruby called the girl as she saw boards that were put on the window, causing the girls to share a look, but then there were more noises around the castle. "Celia!" She called out for the girl, rushing over to them as the whole place was covered with no way out.
