Another time around (a Pokemon fan fiction)

Part 45

A few hours later, Gold, May, and Dawn wake up. Dawn acts completely comfortable with me being there, considering she saw me last night, but Gold and May haven't even seen me yet. Apparently they haven't seen Crystal yet either, even though she was sleeping almost right next to them.
"May," Gold says, "Should we call Lauren and tell her that we want her to come with us again?"
"I guess," May says, pulling out her phone.
"Crud," I say beneath my breath and run as fast as I possibly can leaving Crystal in the dust. I keep running and turn down my ringer, so even I can barely hear it. My phone went off. I stopped running, and quickly answered the phone.
"Hello," I mutter.
"Hey Lauren. It's May," May says.
"And Gold," Gold butts in.
"Okay. What do you want?" I ask, even though I already know.
"Just to say that we are sorry and want you to join us again. We are at-" may starts to say, but is soon interrupted by me.
"Turn around May. We are on the same path, so we have to be near each other," I say.
"Hi Crystal!!" I soon hear someone say. Then I recognize the voice as Silvers. Gold looks confused and May looks like she had the crap scared out of her.
"Hey there," Crystal waves. I run out of the way and head over to the rest of our group. Well, some what of a group.
"How long have you guys been here!!?" May screams.
"Since around midnight," I say, as Dawn laughs.
"Why are you laughing Dawn?" May asks.
"Because I talked to Lauren lasts night, and Crystal has been there since you called them. Actually, she's probably there since Lauren showed up yesterday," Dawn replies.
"Is she telling the truth?" May asks me.
"Yep," I reply.
"Why wouldn't you tell us?" Gold asks.
"Because you never gave me a chance," Dawn says, rolling her eyes.
"Ok good point. But why were you with her?" May asks, pointing at Crystal.
"I don't know. She was just the first person I thought of," I say.
"Yea okay," May replies, "Let's just go. Apparently everyone is going together again, so why not,"
"Okay let's go," Silver says, as we all head down the path.
