A light. Bright like fire.

The same hue of yellow she saw when Peter slipped from her grasp yet again. The same color she was surrounded with when she ended up in a different universe. And the same odd feeling of seamlessly starting in one place and ending up in another.

At first she thought she must've passed out from lack of sleep having blinked and suddenly, the sun was out of sight, the woman in some type of building she didn't recognize.

It was cold presumably from the stone walls surrounding her, a smell she could only explain as metal filled her nose and her features scrunched up in distaste.

The silence made it all the more ominous leading each and every hair on her arms to stand on end. The only other thing she could hear aside from her breathing was the distant sound of a constant ticking. Almost like that of a clock.

There wasn't anybody here, no one she could ask about where she was. Although, she got the strangest feeling that she's been in this exact location before.

Liz wrapped her arms around herself tightly in the cold of the early winter, even being inside, the insulation was poor and no help against the cold.

She walked around a small proximity of approximately five feet, unsure of what to expect seeing as though she had no recollection of coming here.

Upon further inspection, however, and with her eyes pointed up at the ceiling, she realized the ticking sound was made by countless gears and cogs from high above.

She didn't want to get her hopes up after years of being let down, but after a few moments of actually taking it in and recognizing key features to the clock tower, she decided it was the same one she fell from nine years ago.

Odd considering the building didn't even exist after she got switched to a different universe...

Shaking her head in disbelief, Liz sped over to the front doors that she vaguely remembered the location of and stepped out of the building. She was hit with a breeze blowing cold that swept up snow from the ground that bit at her skin in an instant.

She didn't seem bothered, albeit her thin sweater allowed her little warmth, she didn't pay any mind as she turned on her heel and looked over the words painted across the front doors and the large sign attached to the newly renovated building.

Oscorp Power. She stepped back, shock finding her features.

She didn't think it was possible to switch to a whole other universe, and she sure as shit hadn't a clue as to why it was happening again, but here she was.

Liz was still convinced she was having some sort of lucid dream so after a long few moments of scattered thoughts and theories, the only reasonable explanation in her mind was to go to the cemetery.

Her Peter mentioned they had a funeral for her, and if this was actually her rightful home, she knew exactly how to make sure.
