Next morning everyone went home to get changed and we decided to meet at the café where the class meeting was going to be held. After having a shower I decided to dress differently than usual. Deciding to dump my usual look for today, I chose a black off-shoulder top and white shorts, since it was sunny outside. I brushed my straight dark brown hair and put them in a ponytail. I also added some mascara to my deep blue eyes which were often complimented by people and slipped in a pair of converse. I grabbed an apple from the kitchen shelf, locked the door and walked out towards my car.

I got in the driver's seat of my car and drove straight to the café. After parking I walked in the cafe.

"Hey Summer!" everyone greeted.

"Hey guys! All ready for the meeting?" I grinned.

"Yeah, we were waiting for you and Drake." replied Liam. 

Just then I heard the Café door open behind me, I turned around and saw Drake.  

"Hey guys!" Drake greeted everyone and came to stand beside me, casually put his arm on my shoulder and dragged me to the nearby seat.

We all gave our orders and started sharing our 'pranks'.

"We spiked water bottle of Mr. Brown which he carried for morning walk and he ended up spilling his secrets to god-knows-who." Liam grinned.

Everyone burst out laughing. Every group's prank turned out to be something original and humorous. We had a hard time controlling our laughter. Now, it was our turn to share.

"We covered Mr. Reed's house with toilet paper and almost got caught but we managed to escape. See here..." he pulled out his iphone to show everyone our masterpiece. Everyone laughed their heads off until the café owner warned us.

After the meeting, everyone headed back. I was about to reach my car when someone clutched my arm and dragged me in opposite direction. My obvious reaction was punching the person in question.

"Ow... it's me!" Drake let go off my arm and started rubbing his arm where I punched with a fake hurt expression.

I stuck out my tongue at him.

"Really, now? What are you, nine?" was his smartass reply.

I didn't bother to answer. He grabbed my hand again, this time softly, to which I gave him a questioning look.

To my disappointment, he leaves my hand and says, "You, my young lady, are coming with me. I have to show you something." pointing me, I giggled.

"Okay, but where?"

"Now that is a surprise." He gave me a mischievous look.

Now, I was curious. "Tell me or I won't come with you." I said, folding my arms over my chest.

But he just dragged me towards his car so I had to get in.  

"This..." I pointed towards myself "...is kidnapping young man. Police won't really question if I say that you tried to harass me." I told him when he sat on the driver's seat.

He snickered but didn't reply.

"Abductor." I pointed.

"Hot abductor."

"Ass."

"I have a nice one." He smirked.

Ignoring him, I turned on the radio, One Direction's One Thing blasted from the speakers and I started singing along. He gave me a puzzled look to which I just shrugged and continued singing in my melodious voice (*note the sarcasm*) I wasn't a singer type, and believe me when I say that.

"Will you stop now?!" he half yelled.

I smirked at his reaction "Nope." I spoke with popping 'p' sound. And he just shook his head and continued driving. I continued singing just to annoy him until he pulled the car after 20 minutes of driving. I glanced out of the window to find ourselves near the woods. They weren't exactly woods, just some area covered with wild trees... you get what I mean.

Drake stood a few steps away from the car "Are you planning to come out?" he smirked at me.

I got out of the car "You are so like a gentleman Drake." I said flatly.

"Sarcasm disapproved Summer." He mocked.

Ignoring his smartass replies, I turned my attention to my surroundings and gave him a questioning look.

"This is where I come when I have stuff on my mind. The beauty of this place somehow calms me." he said in a sincere tone, replying to my unasked question. This place is really calm and I highly doubt that anyone visits here often. Before I could ask anything, he spoke again "My dad used to bring mom and me here for picnics, I miss that now." He said and I noticed a glint of sadness in his voice.

"Drake... you said 'used to'..."

He interrupted "Yes, he is dead. He died in a car crash when I was 12."

"I'm sorry..." I said giving him a hug. He hugged me back.

"You don't need to be sorry; it's not your fault." He smiled. "Dad and I really used to get along. He was my idol and I wanted to become like him when I grew up. We were really close and it took me pretty long to get over his death." He said, looking straight in my eyes.

After a long silence, he spoke again "You are the first person I have told about his place, so don't you give away my secret." He said playfully.

I was the first person he had told about this place? Am I really so special to him? I felt like I just couldn't break his trust at all. I'm sure that our friendship is really strong and he knows almost everything about me, almost... I didn't tell him about Tyler, though they used to be friends. Soon after 'the incident' as Cassie put it; he left the school, the reasons for which are unknown to everyone. So, I decided to leave behind my past and start afresh. Neither Emma nor Drake knew about Tyler. There isn't any place of HIM in my life now. It still hurts sometimes, though... then I realized that I had zoned out and a blush crept its way onto my face. I smiled sheepishly at Drake who then gave me a confused look. I just shrugged.

"I'd take your secret to my grave, young man." I giggled. He chuckled.

He looked at his watch and started grinning like idiot "Come on, I have to show you something."
