Finally, it was the day of the exam. All of class 1A stood before the giant building. Jiro sighed nervously. "I'm getting kind of nervous."
Uzu chuckled softly. "I wonder what the exam will be like."
Aizawa stopped, standing before his class. "If you can pass this test and get your provisional licenses, then your novice eggs will hatch into chicks. You'll be semi-pros. I expect your best."
"All right. I can't wait to be a heroic chicken." Kaminari grinned as Naka laughed.
"Chicken!" He chuckled to himself as he remembered the fellow- slightly psychotic- hero.
"Let's call out the usual, you guys," Kirishima ordered as a man weaved through the crow. "On my mark. Go Plus Ul-" he couldn't finish as the boy behind him screamed.
"Ultra!"
His classmate frowned, avoiding looking at the guy. "Y'know, it's pretty rude to barge into other people's huddles like that, Inasa."
"What? Pardon me. I am so very, extremely sorry!" Inasa bowed dramatically, hitting his head into the ground as the class stepped back.
"Who is this guy? I do not trust his enthusiasm." Kaminari shook his head as Aizawa's eyes widened. He remembered that guy.
"Hey, look at their uniforms," Jiro muttered as Uzu grinned.
"They're from that famous school on the other side of Japan."
"UA in the East. Shiketsu in the West," Bakugo grumbled as Inasa began screaming again.
"I wanted to say it just once. Plus Ultra! See, I really love UA High School. I am extremely honoured to compete against such incredible students. I'm so looking forward to it."
"Oh, blood," the female student noted as blood poured down Inasa's forehead.
"Let's go," the second student ordered, already walking away.
"Inasa Yoarashi," Aizawa grumbled as his students turned to him.
"Do you know that guy, Mr. Aizawa?" Hagakure looked up at her teacher as he nodded.
"Indeed. He's strong. He's the same year as you all and received the top scores for students admitted through recommendations. But for some unknown reason, he turned down his acceptance to UA and went to Shiketsu."
Uzu gaped, looking at Yao-momo in confusion and awe. How did that guy beat Yao-momo?
"Hold on. Is anyone else confused here? This guy says that he loves our school, but he turned down his chance to enrol when it was offered?" Naka glanced at Aizawa for guidance as Mina stuck out her tongue.
"Yeah, what a weirdo."
"Maybe, but he's the real deal. Keep an eye on him," Aizawa grumbled when the voice drifted across the area.
"Eraser?"
Aizawa's entire body shivered as he jolted away from the voice.
"I'd know that scowl anywhere. I saw you on TV and at the sports festival. But it's been a while since we were this close in person. Let's get married." The lady stopped before Aizawa as he glared at her.
"No."
The lady laughed, holding onto her stomach. "You're a real laugh-riot, buddy."
"As usual, you're impossible, Joke."
Midoriya grinned, his eyes sparkling as he pieced the things together. "Oh, that's Ms. Joke! The smile hero! Her Quirk is Outburst! She forces people around her to laugh, which affects their ability to think and keeps them from being able to move. Her fights against villains are always full of insanity."
