Heroes of Tomorrow

Part 1~Dorms

Uzu stopped when he walked into his house. All Might and Aizawa were waiting on the couch, talking to his foster parents. "Hi?"

"Ah, Mr Kamishiro, welcome back." All Might smiled as Uzu hesitantly pulled up a chair.

"Is this about the dorm thing?"

All Might nodded as Aizawa took over. "We are here asking for your guardians' consent to take you to the UA dorms so we can protect you."

Uzu chuckled. "Don't look so worried. We already agreed to send me."

Aizawa smiled as he glanced back at the foster family. The man shrugged, "are you going to let her mutilate herself again."

Aizawa and All Might shared a confused look as Uzu groaned. Aizawa glanced at Uzu before speaking slowly. "No unauthorised surgeries will be allowed to take place while Uzu lives in the UA dorm."

The man nodded and gave his consent as Uzu left to deadlift his anger away.

Naka's house was next. The place was small with stuff everywhere, not that the family minded. Naka smiled softly as he listened to All Might. His parents talked about their concerns, but they were calm.

"It's always been our Nana's dream to be a hero. He's always been working so hard with those little friends of his. Are Akiko and Kamishiro going too?" Naka's mum smiled as Aizawa nodded.

"We have confirmed that Kamishiro will be going, and we hope that Ueda will as well."

The lady grinned, turning to Naka. "They're such wonderful girls. I heard Kamishiro was one of the ones kidnapped. I'm so glad she's fine."

Naka didn't look at his mother, tightening his grip.

"Right," Aizawa paused as he suppressed saying anything. "Kamishiro was one of the students kidnapped, but he was rescued and is safe. It is why we wish for the students to stay on campus so we can assure it doesn't happen again."

"Oh, you don't have to sell it to me. Having Naka around all those heroes will only do him good. He'll be trying for his hero licence soon, right?"

"Yes. When all the students have settled in, we will begin training them for their licence exam in a few weeks."

"Wonderful. I just know my Nana is so looking forward to getting out there and protecting people."

Naka didn't say anything as he listened to his mother talk. She went on and on and on, not letting anyone else speak.

All Might frowned as he watched Naka, making a mental note.

Aizawa stopped before the last house. The house was being half taken over by plants that crawled up the walls and bloomed out of season. The smell of lavender wafted around as a girl walked out of the house.

She stopped short, staring at Aizawa and All Might in shock. "Hi-uh, I've got to work, but mum's in, so you should run." She sidestepped the heroes, getting into her car and driving off.

Aizawa glanced at All Might, sharing a look before they walked up to the house and knocking on the door. Instantly, the place was full of barking. Footsteps tumble down the stairs as shouting echoed through the house. "Come on, Jade, calm down." Akiko stopped before the door, opening it and waving Aizawa and All Might inside.

The second she walked into the kitchen, she grabbed the barking black dog, who continued to growl and bark loudly.

"Oh shut up, Jade!" Akiko's mother stormed in as Jade went quiet, whimpering back to her bed. The other dog didn't even move from the sofa.
