Passing by the grape farm Jingyi noticed a tuft of red causing her heart to speed up. 'MASTER D-D-D-DILUC?!' She almost couldn't believe her eyes. Literally one of Mondstat's most eligible bachelors out in the open like this. Jingyi praised the archons for blessing her eyes today, twice. She took the liberty to nudge herself closer so that she had a better look at him but his head was turned the other way. Regardless though, Jingyi might have stared a bit too long because the long haired red head turned his attention to her direction. Oh how his sharp red eyes on his perfectly sculpted face almost made her knees weak.

"Can I help you?"

The deep voice permeated Jingyi's skull and she felt her face burn up.

"I-I-I'm sorry to have disturbed you. I just thought you looked like what I'd think Master Diluc would look like from what people have told me."

The man looked down like he was contemplating for a minute.

"People like to talk nonsense, don't they..."

Jingyi fidgeted with her skirt, "Maybe... I'm Jingyi by the way, it's nice to meet you..."

He looked at her again, "You're suspicions are correct, I am Diluc."

She calmed down for a little now, "Pleasure to make your acquaintance Master Diluc. I'm sorry for interrupting you while you were doing something. I will be on my way now."
He raised a brow, "The direction you're heading, are you going to Liyue?"

"Hm? Oh, yes I am."

"...on foot?"

Jingyi looked confused, "Of course, why wouldn't I?"

Diluc frowned, "I'll get a carriage ready."

"Carriage? For who?"

He looked appalled, "For who else?"

"M-Me?! I'm fine Master Diluc. Honest! I'm an adventurer by profession after all!"

He glared at her, causing Jingyi to gulp. After a few more brief moments Diluc let out a long sigh.

"I see..."

Jingyi was getting more and more nervous, "Then.. I'll ge–"
"Promise that when you're back you'll stop by Angel's Share."
Diluc's face was stern, but that didn't stop him from being handsome. Jingyi looked at him slightly confused from this whole interaction. But regardless, she was intrigued that she was talking to Diluc.

"Sure, Master Diluc, that sounds fun!"

"Diluc."

"Huh?"

"I don't like titles. I'm just Diluc."

Jingyi smiled, something about this interaction was really nice, "Then, I'll see you later Diluc!"

Jingyi continued off with an extra pep in her step. She thought the interaction she had just now wasn't bad! She was going to look forward to the next time she goes to the Angel's Share. The mild mannered redhead watched as the bubbly girl skipped away, after he couldn't see her anymore his rigid face loosened and he laughed at the funny faces the girl made the entire time she was talking to him.
