When we were younger, we were terrible artists. You may have drawn hands shaped like circles, or maybe drew stick-limbs, or forgot to draw the neck, or held the pencil wrong, blah blah blah, etc etc...
Between 9 and 11 years of age, we understand the body a little bit better. It may not be the best, but at least it's not like the ones we drew when we were toddlers.
But wait. What if you're like, 16, and still not good at drawing? That's okay. Maybe it's because you haven't drawn in a long time. You can trace a base. I know how I said earlier that tracing bases reduces creativity, but if you really need the help, it's fine. But unless the creator says it's completely free too use, make sure to ask for permission and give credit.
