By model, I mean a person who can pose for you so you can draw them.
And no, they don't really have to pose. Just take a quick look at their face. But don't stare at them! They'll get scared and run away, preferably screaming with a phone in their hand so they can call the police. Then you'll be in jail all because you stared at their face too long. So just take a quick look, find their unique features. And if you're drawing in a cartoony style, maybe even exaggerate them.
