Chapter 13 A Night Of Glamour And Masks

We were all inside Mane Melody getting ready to go to a ball in Zephyr Heights call the Manesquerade Ball Pipp had yellow or golden eye shade as will as a golden streak running through her mane and just above her hooves her coat was golden her wings now had the colours white golden and her original purple Sunny had aqua green eye shade and her hooves were now light blue and yellow Izzy had green eye shade and her hooves were pink and green Zipp had pink and blue eyeshade with matched her mane as will as her hooves her wings hadn't changed I had my grey streak dyed into a royal blue streak along with my hooves my wings had stand the same but now shined bright Hitch had light red eye shade and aqua green and pink hooves he now was look for sticks to put on his hooves "Okay! So I saw this one look in the magic mirror that screamed "Sheriff on the Town"! Can you do the hoof-stars?" he asked Jazz "Only if you plan on showing them off on the dance floor tonight!" she said "This is going to be the best Manesquerade Ball ever!" said Pipp "I can't belizzle we're invited to the most glamouriffic event in Zephyr Heights!" cried Izzy "Just wait until everypony at the ball sees the unity dance I choreographed for us!" said Sunny "Uh, excuse me, Jazz? outside the crystal Brighthouse we were getting ready to ride in the Mane Stream to Zephyr Heights "Don't forget your masks, everypony!" said Izzy Sunny had a top half mask with a sun on one side and swirls on the other in the middle stood a star Hitch and the same mask he had used when Sparky went missing Pipp had h glasses mask that was bright yellow and purple with a flower on one side I had a top half mask with half a sun and one side and a crescent moon on the other Zipp with a basket in her mouth hummed happily "What's your deal?" asked Pip "I'm bringing some snacks onboard. Why?" asked Zipp "You're happy. You're never happy when you're forced to do something. And you're usually especially unhappy about going to the Manesquerade Ball" said Pipp "That's because... Xavier and I are planning to do a little research on Alicorn magic in the palace library archives. In the secret section!" whispered Zipp "But that's off-limits!" Pipp gasped "She's the future Queen of Zephyr Heights and I'm the ruler of all of Equestria who's going to stop us?" We're going to the Manesquerade Ball!" laughed Sunny happily "The most glam night for Zephyr Heights!" said Pipp "But this year, we're invited!" "This is your first time flying in the Mane Stream isn't it?" I asked Misty she nodded "Ahhh... Isn't flying great?" asked Izzy "Watch this!" said Izzy putting her head out the window "I CAN TASTE THE WIND!" she screamed Misty looked down at Sparky "Hey there, Sparky. It's okay. I would like to know!" said Dazzle we then saw Queen Haven with two guards in tow along with Cloudpuff land with masks on "How amazing is this, Cloudpuff? Thanks to the masks, nopony knows who I am!" she giggled "Excuse us, Your Majesty. May we ask a few questions for the red carpet?" asked Skye "Why are you bowing and calling me "Your Majesty"? I'm sorry, but I don't appreciate you assuming" said Haven "Oh, I'm so sorry, Queen. I mean, whoever you are. It's just so hard to tell who is who with everypony wearing masks" said Dazzle "You said it, Dazzle. I'm sure everypony at the ball will be asking, "Who is this mysterious, stunning mare?" said Skye "What is she doing?" asked Sunny "Ugh. Mom does this at the ball every year" said Pipp "If she lost the guards and Cloudpuff then just maybe nopony would know but not this" I said "Okay, team! Showtime!" said Pipp we were then getting snapped by many camera's Pipp was reviling in it posing for photos i grabbed her and pushed her along "Come on" I said Misty nervous as hell trot back and hide behind Zipp "You mind if I trot back here with you so I'm in not any pictures?" she asked Zipp "Why don't you want to be photographed?" asked Zipp "Uhhh, the same reason as you?" she said "Hmm! Can't argue with that!" said Zipp
