Chapter 21 Xavier Vs Opaline

Opaline laughed all the dragon fire she need had been drained she then heard Misty yell "Opaline! Help! Help!" Opaline gave a groan "Ugh. That Misty. That pony will be the end of me" as Opaline flew into the main room Hitch and Zipp with the glowing stick sneak past her "Sparky!" cried Hitch "Don't worry, Sparky! We're here to rescue you!" said Zipp flying underneath him Hitch Popped the bubble and Zipp caught him "Gotcha!" said Zipp "I'm never letting you go again!" said Hitch we a tied Misty up I hide behind the throne "Okay, she's coming" I whispered "Okay, you got this!" Izzy said to Misty "Mm! Help! Help!" Opaline arrived Izzy and Pipp stood ether side of Misty "Misty, what did you do?!" yelled Opaline "They overpowered me, Opaline! They tricked me and tied me up!" said Misty "Where are the rest of..." began Opaline she then realized this was a distraction "Ugh!" she said she flew to go up stairs but Sunny blocked her path "So, you're the evil Alicorn!" said Sunny "Oh, is that what they're calling me? Better make it "evil Fire Alicorn!" Opaline Arcana!" said Opaline her horn and wings a alight  "Twilight warned us about you! You're the one who tried to steal magic all those moons ago!" said Sunny "And now that I have the dragon's power, I'll do it again right now!" she then started to blast sunny with her magic Sunny ran and dodge each blast "Oh! Do you really think you could stop a Fire Alicorn?" laughed Opaline she was then blast into the wall she got up and saw me horn a blazed "Maybe they can't but I know I can" I said "You!" she said "Oh you remember me that's nice" I said "So a infamous Prince Xavier Smith is still here" said Opaline "And I'm here to finish what we started moons ago" I said Opaline laugh "You couldn't defect me when I was weak I'm have fully regain all my power what hope do you think you have" she said "The one thing you don't have friends" I said we shot beams of magic at each other the collide creating a small explosion Opaline shot again this time a block with a shield I blast back Opaline dodged Opaline then tried to attack Sunny I dived in front of Sunny and block her beam with another magic shield "Leave... Sunny... alone!" I said blast her beam back at her she her flying back Izzy and Pipp then started throwing items at her "Dah! Yes! Leave her alone!" said Pipp "You pests!" said Opaline with Opaline distracted and freed Sunny "You weak little ponies can't stop Opaline Arcana!" scream Opaline blast a beam at Pipp and Izzy lucky Sunny now and Alicorn and me flew front and blocked her with our magic "Maybe alone, we can't! But together, we can do anything!" said Sunny Sunny and I started shooting them blocking with our magic fight Opaline "Yes, you can do it, You two!" cheered Izzy "Way to glow, Sunny Xavier!" cheered Pipp Zipp and Hitch reappeared with Sparky "Yeah! We have your back!" Cheered Zipp "Get her!: cheered Hitch we all shot a beam of magic at Opaline she countered with her own her started to overpower ours  Opaline roared push ours back "You can do it, Xavier Sunny" whispered Misty everypony cutie mark reacted give us more power "One more thing I have Opaline the Magic of Friendship" I said our beam blasted her back she hit the wall and hit hit the floor I then ran up to her put so magic in magic hoof a punch her square in the jaw "Sunny trap her now!" I said Sunny the used the same spell Opaline used  to trap them Opaline roared trying to break the spell "It's no use! Those bubbles are horn-proof!" said Izzy "And sticky! Ugh!" said Pipp "Sparky! Aww! I'm so glad you're okay!" said Sunny "You can't keep me here forever" said Opaline "No. But I can keep you away from my friends this is your only waring stay away Let's go" I said "Yeah! Get out of here, you ponies!" yelled Misty I stopped at the door and looked back "Hoof to heart" said Misty I smiled to closed the door Opaline then used her magic break the bubble and roared in fury "UGH! THAT WAS OUTRAGEOUS! NOPONY TRAPS OPALINE! AND LOOK AT THIS PLACE! Ugh! Those little ponies will pay for this!" she then clamed  herself down  "They may have taken the dragon but I still got all the fire magic I need! Clean this place up! NOW!" said Opaline when Opaline left Misty used her new found magic to clean the place in record time giggling has she went "Whoo! Yeah!" she laughed  Opaline came back and saw the room Misty quickly hide her cutie mark with her tail "Well, that was fast. I should make you clean more often. I was just going to say that, although you may have un-earned your new cutie mark by foolishly letting those ponies capture you, at least they know you work for me now. No reason to pretend to be their friend anymore. That's a good prize, no?" said Opaline "Of course. Thanks... Opaline" said Misty

Back at the Bright house we lay Sparky down on the couch and put a blanket over him "Are you sure there's nothing else we can get you, Sparky?" asked Hitch Sparky yawned and hugged one of his toys "I think he's okay look his colours already come back  He's just gonna need some rest" I said Sparky gave a loud snore "A lot of rest' I said "Can I just say how a-ma-zing you two were in that  Alicorn fight?" said Pipp "Oh, yeah! Abso-toot-ly!" said Izzy "They was incredible!" said Hitch "I guess I was right. The key to unlocking my Alicorn power is to do my best to help when my friends are in need. And not being stuck in a magical, no-magic bubble" said Sunny "It also helps having the hero of Equestria back you up" said Sunny "Seeing my friends in danger brought out a whole bunch of abilities that I didn't even know I had!" I said "Me, too. It's what finally gave me the courage to be who I should've been this whole time. Myself. And who I really am is a pony who would never betray a friend. I know what I did was wrong. I totally understand if you all hate me now" came Misty "We don't" said Sunny "What?" asked Misty "We don't hate anypony!" said Izzy "Yeah. I mean, what you did was wrong" said Pipp "Really wrong" said Zipp "But what you did in the end was right" said Hitch "Really right" said Zipp "Sometimes, ponies make mistakes. But it's what we do in the end that counts" said Sunny "I promise you can trust me now. I'll do whatever it takes to help you defeat Opaline. Hoof to heart" said Misty "Hoof to heart!" they said they then turned to me I hadn't joined in Misty walked up to me "Xavier I" she began but I stopped her "I forgive you" I said "But why how I" tried Misty again "You betrayed me you betrayed my trust you betrayed our friendship you betrayed everything I every stood for you let me down you think I care for you so little that betraying me would make a different's" I said Misty's eyes started to water "Stop it with the eyes don't do that with the eyes how do you do that it's like they inflate" I said Misty wiped her eyes "Come here" I said we closed the distance and I kissed her on the lips Sunny turned to Pipp and made a give me with her hoof Pipp pouted and gave Sunny 5 bits we stopped kissing a turned to the ours "I take it you knew" I said "Oh totally we just betted when you were going to make a move I said in a week Pipp betting a month" said Sunny "And your okay with this" I said "Yeah were fine if Misty join this love triangle" said Pipp "It's more of a square now" said Sunny we laughed  "One problem guy's  Opaline got what she wanted her power back and she's not going to stop here" I said

"Hmmm... If one dragon is awake, then the rest must be stirring" said Opaline the was the outline of a Dragon as it roared  "With more dragonfire, I'll be able to steal all of the magic, including the Alicorns! Wake up, my dragon darlings. Opaline's coming" she said
